The country oak kitchen / breakfast room adjoins the family room at the front, with a door leading out to the patio at the side of the property.
Also on the ground floor you have a shower room with WC which services the two bedrooms and a further separate cloakroom. Both shower room and cloakroom have underfloor heating. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with the rear one benefiting from French doors opening onto the garden.
Upstairs you have two further bedrooms with lovely views of the rear garden. One bedroom benefits from an en-suite bathroom. There is walk-in access to the loft space.
The front garden is mainly laid to lawn, with small trees, flower and shrub borders. A large driveway offers plentiful parking and leads to the garage, which houses a utility area at the rear.
The rear west facing garden is a fabulous place to be, with trees, shrubs and an abundance of wild flowers. Steps lead up the hillside to the woodland copse at the back. This is a haven for extensive wildlife and also offers superb views over the downland hills to the front.
