Description

We have loved living in this home and have spent our time renovating and improving almost every part of it, inside and out. We feel it is now a home that’s practical, secure and easy to enjoy and have loved raising our young family here. The location has been fantastic for family life, ideally positioned for the excellent schools, and only a few minutes from local shops and pubs. It’s a lovely and friendly neighbourhood which we will miss.

The rear extension has transformed the house, providing a lovely open-plan kitchen diner that has become the heart of the home. The addition of a home office, downstairs toilet and utility room has made day-to-day living much easier too. Outside, we landscaped the entire property from front to back, adding a paved driveway, automatic gates, two automatic garage doors, a patio area and a secure, low-maintenance rear garden with a lawn and a sunny seating area.

We have also made several important upgrades, including improved insulation, a modern combi boiler, updated wiring and consumer units, fibre to the property, Amtico flooring throughout the downstairs, and recently replaced carpets to the stairs and upstairs rooms. It has been a loved home, and we hope the next owners enjoy it just as much as we have.
