Any scheme would be subject to the necessary planning consents being obtained (many precedents have been set in the local area)
To the front of the house is a formal garden with landscaped terraces and mature, attractive borders with views over the town and to the sea. To the rear is a pretty, walled courtyard garden complete with a workshop and outbuildings for storage. The raised sun terrace is a unique al-fresco entertaining area, affording some of the most stunning views the property has to offer. A back gate leads to Cricketfield Lane providing easy access to the local games clubs and old railway line.
Across the road, there is private parking area for two vehicles and a detached garage, there is also a further lower garden / orchard laid mainly to lawn with a number of fruit trees. Its sheltered yet southerly orientation offers superb potential to establish a wonderful kitchen garden.
