5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s Wembley Stadium, and obviously, there are a bunch of shops here and there is no doubt about that. Still, with the London Designer Outlet it goes beyond expectations in terms of accessibility to everything. The only downside of the neighbourhood is something that depends on your personality because on game days the area is closed off and also full of people, if you like to have a crowded and lively area it would be better for you but if not about 20 days a year it discomfort you.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
At this moment, the building management issues are solved and they are great right now.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Actually, I have researched the area and the building. I have seen a lot of buildings around here and in other neighborhoods, and I have no regrets or anything I wished to do before moving here. I love here.

3Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Everything is close so you don’t need to walk far for things. However on times it gets loud during the night time and early morning

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Best location in wembley park. Gym, grocery store in the same building. However sometimes too noisy due to the building being super close to the stadium. But windows are sound proof
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Response time is fair enough however sometimes part replacements have taken a bit longer than expected
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I would have checked the property in the morning. It becomes a bit darker (lack of sunlight) since it faces the stadium on the back side

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Good The Conveniences: Having the London Designer Outlet (LDO), Boxpark, and a massive 24-hour Asda right on your doorstep makes daily life incredibly frictionless. Travel: Wembley Park station is a short walk away. The Metropolitan Line can get you to Baker Street in roughly 12 minutes, while the Jubilee Line offers a direct shot straight through the West End and into Canary Wharf. The Bad The Event Day Chaos: When Wembley Stadium or the OVO Arena hosts a major event, your immediate surroundings transform completely. Even though residents can use building fobs to bypass the worst of the human traffic, the sheer volume of crowds, road closures, and noise can make popping out for a quick errand a massive chore.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, I had several issues in the past when I moved in but they resolved it later. Just left with 1-2 issues for which I hope gets resolved soon.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
While the social spaces, rooftop views, and modern apartment finishes are incredible, I wish I had fully anticipated the game-day and concert crowds. Living right next to Wembley Stadium means learning to plan your grocery trips and travel around the event calendar, as the area and public transport get incredibly packed on those days.
