KITCHEN/DINING ROOM The flat features a communal kitchen dining area with a range of cupboards/drawers, two stainless steel sinks with mixer taps, two cookers, and two fridge freezers. Furnished with a dining table/chairs and sofas. 

UTILITIES Please note that all utility bills and council tax are included in the rent. This covers your electricity, water, and internet. Mains electric, water, and sewerage. The broadband connection is Fibre to the Premises.

PACKAGE COSTS The Premium Ensuite Rooms in an 8 Bed Cluster Flat start at £229 per person per week for a 51 week tenancy. They are £235 per person per week for a 44 week tenancy. They are single occupancy only. There are only 14 of this type of room available. There are two Premium 8 Bed Cluster Flats, one on the third floor and one on the fourth floor. 

DEPOSIT & RENT PAYMENT TERMS The deposit starts at £99 but this may change depending on your agreed rent payment terms. A UK guarantor or upfront payment is required. 

TENANT FIND ONLY Saint Andrews Bureau are acting on a 'tenant find only' basis meaning we are advertising the property to find prospective tenants and then you will be passed onto the third party student rental agency to discuss booking a viewing and your preferred package.
