The house is situated near the junction between Wellsway and Old Fosse Road and so has excellent access to the city centre by car or bus, with the Park & Ride being just a short walk away. There are a handful of shops and businesses within a short walk. Also within walking distance are schools including St Gregory's secondary school, St Martins Garden and St Philips C of E primary schools. Our favourite local feature is a lovely country walk which can be accessed by Kilkenny Lane, the junction being just across the road from the house.
