The area itself is incredibly quiet and family-friendly, surrounded by fields and lovely walks, while still being within walking distance of a lovely family pub, two supermarkets, Annabelles café, and our favourite local - Coppa! The transport links have also been brilliant for commuting, with easy access to the A1, M18 and M1 for Leeds, Manchester and beyond.
