Purfleet railway station provides regular direct services to London Fenchurch Street as well as regional links to surrounding towns such as Barking, Grays and Southend-on-Sea. London Road runs west from the A1090 (Purfleet Bypass) to the south of the town centre. The western site lies on the north side of London Road at the roundabout junction with Jurgen Road whilst the eastern site lies to the north of the railway line at the roundabout junction with Purfleet Bypass in a mixed residential and commercial area.
