A refundable damage deposit is payable per person upon booking:
• With a UK guarantor: £250
• Without a UK guarantor: £500

TENANCY TERM & SUMMER DISCOUNT
Our standard tenancy agreement runs for 52 weeks, commencing 1 July and ending 30 June the following year.

A 50% rent reduction is offered for eight weeks during the summer period, from 1 July to 26 August, subject to non-occupancy.

This means that although the tenancy runs for 52 weeks, the total rent payable is equivalent to just 48 weeks at the advertised weekly rate.
