Allsop are brilliant, so are their houses!!!
Management at Allsop is outstanding. They have been excellent from day one. We can’t praise them enough. It’s been a very smooth pleasant process from the start and we have ablovw the house we’re in. A beautiful 4 bed home with a large back garden. It’s simply beautiful inside and outside our home. Thank you Allsop

It’s all been good. Lovely landlord who was simply perfect from the start and the development is stunning. It’s peaceful and new and looks wonderful with all the trees dispersed throughout. Shops are so close like Tesco and Lidl. Clean and well served area we love it!!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been super efficient. I was taken care of quickly with the maintenance I requested.

Beautiful home and development
The development is great very well thought out and the houses are very very nice our property managed has been amazing and very helpful I can’t say to much as of yet as it’s only been 3 days but I’m looking forward to the future In our new home on this stunning development

We moved in 3 days ago and I cannot fault the property so far we had a bit of an issue setting up WiFi but upon speaking to property manager Jess the matter was resolved the same day.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been amazing like I said previously they resolved the WiFi issue within a matter of an hour

Woodland Heath is a beautifully developed community that truly captures the charm of modern suburban living. Set in a peaceful part of Norwich, the area offers a perfect balance between nature and convenience. The development is thoughtfully designed, with well-maintained green spaces, tidy pathways, and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home from the moment you arrive.

lovely area, just work still going on around the area but aren’t over-ally loud , close direct bus link to city

Excellent Management and Comfortable Living Environment
The design of the property is modern and comfortable, and both the building and property management teams are excellent. All the facilities are well-maintained and of good quality. The management team is always friendly, helpful, and provides quick, efficient responses to any requests or issues. Overall, it’s a very pleasant and well-managed place to live.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The property is very nice, but there are no shops or restaurants nearby. The nearest Tesco is about a 5–10 minute drive away. As new houses are being built in the area, there may be some noise from large trucks passing by and a bit of dust. Otherwise, it’s a very quiet and pleasant place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team is helpful, responsive, and proactive in addressing any issues I report.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Before moving in, I would have liked to know that the area is still under development, which means occasional noise and dust from construction. In addition, there are limited amenities within walking distance. However, the environment is quiet and the living experience has been generally positive.

Woodland Heath: A Warm and Welcoming Home
The development is beautifully designed with generous road and pavement space, visually appealing materials, and soft and welcoming lighting. I love the integration of green spaces and tree views from my window. The property managers have been very responsive, kind, and helpful, and even left a welcome gift basket for me on my first night in the property. It was such a warm welcome and really helped me settle in and enjoy the process of moving. Five stars!
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
A car is required to access most shops, and bus links are minimal, but I believe this is due to the development being so new. Parking is great. Construction noise exists but is minimal due to great soundproofing within the property. Any issues regarding the ongoing nature of the project are made up for by the rental discount I received for moving in early.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I am early days so far, but all of my queries have been responded to very quickly with positive outcomes.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I knew before moving in would be that I needed to prepare my broadband access in advance. I was happy to use data on my phone while I negotiated providers, but I did not realise the mobile signal would be so minimal. Before my broadband was set up, I had to reach out the window to receive signal, which made the admin side of moving very difficult on my first week.
