    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Transport couldn’t be closer, everything you need within 100s of metres, shops bars anything! I don’t personally get any traffic / loud behaviour from my flat. I don’t need parking so haven’t looked into this. Bins are so easy with a chute.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very prompt and all sorted out with no issues, really easy to log issues on the app.

    Check out all the flats in Kampus as the views are very different and all offer different vibes

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The local area is very convenient and well connected, with a good range of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and takeaway options nearby. Public transport is reliable, with easy access to buses and the city centre, which is especially helpful for students and working professionals. There are also several green spaces and parks within walking distance, making the area feel more balanced and comfortable to live in. In terms of negatives, traffic can become busy during peak hours and parking spaces are sometimes limited. There can occasionally be noise at night, particularly on weekends, but overall the area feels safe and friendly. Bin collections are generally regular and the streets are usually kept clean.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management team has generally been responsive and professional when dealing with issues. Most maintenance requests and enquiries were acknowledged quickly, and communication was usually clear throughout the process. While there were occasional delays during busy periods, the staff were polite and made reasonable efforts to resolve problems efficiently.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known that the building can become quite busy during peak times, especially around the lifts and parcel collection areas. It is also helpful to be aware that nearby traffic and weekend activity can occasionally create some noise depending on the apartment location. However, the convenience of the location, transport links and nearby amenities still makes it a very comfortable place to live overall.

    KAMPUS has a huge range of commercial units like a bakery, bars, restaurants and other green social spaces.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, they are efficient and extremely helpful. Lily and Margaux were a great help.

    N/A staff were very informative so had no issues here.

    Great location, plenty of good bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Easy walk to work! Amazing transport links.

    Perfect. Maintenance and reception been really helpful on all comments raised.

    Don’t think there was anything we didn’t known. Viewings covered everything we needed!

    In terms of convenience it really couldn’t be any better. All of the local restaurants, shops and bars are actually within the grounds. The metro and train are literally a 2 minute walk away at Piccadilly. The site is secure and noise isn’t bad considering the city centre location.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We haven’t had any problems but any time we have contacted anyone or requested help from reception we have been satisfied

    We wish we knew this site existed earlier! Perhaps advertise better.
