Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area offers a great mix of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, making day-to-day life very convenient. There are also several pleasant open spaces nearby for walks and relaxing outdoors. Transport links are excellent, with good access to public transport and the city centre. On the street itself, parking can occasionally be limited and the bin storage area can sometimes become a little untidy, but overall the area feels safe, well-connected and enjoyable to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team have always been quick to respond to any maintenance requests or urgent matters.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I’d known before moving in is that while alterations and decorating are permitted, it can feel difficult to fully personalise your apartment. The walls come pre-painted and any changes need to be returned to their original condition when you move out. Because the skirting boards and woodwork are colour-drenched to match the walls, even relatively simple decorating projects can become more time-consuming and costly than expected. It’s not a major issue, but it’s something worth considering if you’re someone who likes to put your own stamp on your living space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall we are so happy with mustard wharf. It’s super close to town, the proximity to the train station was a real selling point for us. You have some great local pubs nearby, midnight bell being a fave of ours. It can get a little noisy but the windows shut out the noise, just when it’s warm and you want windows open it can be a little noisy but I think that’s down to some current building works happening on a seperate building which is at no fault of the development here. I love our building - Lockside! It’s got two gorgeous outdoor spaces too. Reception too! So easy to have food and parcels deliveries and it’s a fab system! Bin collections are grand. No notes, we are very happy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes,very quick to fix any issues and always so helpful and lovely.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

My only thing is that it does get quite warm in the summer… but it’s been unusually hot so I can’t really say much, but it’s well insulated with the concrete inside (which I love) just hard to cool down in the summer!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's great being close to the train station, there is some noise but the flats are well- insulated. There isn't much parking availability. Living along the canal is wonderful. Great access to local shops, restaurants, and cafes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't had any maintenance issues in my flat, but I've reached out with more general questions and they always answer quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how difficult it would be for guests to find parking.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've really enjoyed living at Mustard Wharf in Tower Works. The area has a great mix of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and walks, all within a decent distance. Leeds city centre and the train station are easily accessible, making it convenient for both work and leisure. The area itself is generally quiet (except for the trains) and well maintained. Bin collections are reliable, and I've experienced very little anti-social behaviour. Being close to the city means there can be some occasional noise, but overall it feels safe, friendly and well-connected. The biggest challenge is that parking can be limited, although public transport links help offset this.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In most cases, the building management team has been responsive and helpful when I've raised issues. However, I did experience ongoing problems with anti-social neighbours and raised safety concerns on a few occasions. While the issues were acknowledged, I felt the follow-up and resolution could have been stronger. Aside from that, my overall experience with management has been positive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I could go back, I would have asked more questions about parking and the typical wait time for securing a space. It's not something that came up much during the viewing process, but it can make a big difference depending on your circumstances.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Tesco nearby, lots of good pubs and bars in the very near vicinity. Right next to Leeds station so transport links are great. No anti-social behaviour so far, a bit noisy at night sometimes but very rarely.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very helpful and responsive to any issues I have had.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments maintain heat very well, good in winter, very warm in summer.
