GROUND FLOOR
The sizable ground floor is rather a Tardis! The dining room has a brick feature fireplace with stone hearth, salt cupboards to either side and a lovely wooden floor. The long sitting room, which was probably two rooms at one time has French doors to the front garden making this wonderfully light and bright. The Living Dining Kitchen is fabulous space, with tiled flooring, a range of Shaker style wall and base units under wooden work surfacing, Belfast sink, space for a range cooker and fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher and French doors to the patio and gardens beyond.
The ground floor is completed with a laundry/utility and a cloakroom with wc. Good order throughout.

On the spacious first floor are four bedrooms, the Master with over stairs storage, ensuite shower room, and the family bathroom with shower over the bath.

To the front of the property a village path leads to a gate opening into a very sunny front garden with path to the front do, and a number of mature shrubs and flower beds.
To the rear of the property French doors open from the kitchen onto a good sized patio area of alfresco dining and socialising and steps rise to the garden which is mainly laid to lawn.
