Description
Overview
5 Albany Gardens is a spacious, well-presented, 2-bedroom, first floor apartment, being most conveniently situated in this highly sought residential area, within comfortable strolling distance of Solihull town centre.
Vendor Comments
I have lived happily here for the last 2 years since moving back up to Solihull from Guildford in Surrey. Albany Gardens is a small, quiet residential development of privately owned apartments comprising 6 separate low-rise blocks each of 3 floors, surrounded by attractive and very well-maintained landscaped gardens.
It is perfectly situated in a cul-de-sac access road directly off Hampton Lane to take full advantage of all the local amenities, being approx. 5-10 minutes walking distance to the town centre and close to the main Hospital, Dental surgery, Doctors surgery, Morrisons supermarket and the prestigious Solihull private school.
One appeal to me was the Solihull Tennis and Cricket club situated a couple of minutes away and very short stroll to this excellent facility very with reasonable membership fees, including both tennis, cricket with a thriving social element too.
No 5 is located in the first block on the left when entering the development, built by Bryants in the mid 1960’s and is a light, bright 1st floor apartment with large picture windows that overlook the lawns and gardens giving a sunny and open aspect. The apartment has a large lounge/dining room, a well fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms and unusually for this development 2 bathrooms, one being en-suite to the guest bedroom. It also has its own a private garage and access to other unallocated resident and visitor parking spaces,
The apartment is really convenient for many different things and I’ll be sad to leave but I’m sure it will be enjoyed just as much by someone else.
