The Terrefial villa was built in 1937 by the famous American architect Barry DIERKS. We owe him mythical constructions such as the castle of the Horizon in Golf-Juan or the villa AUJOURD’HUI at Cap D’Antibes. Madame Besançon De Wagner, better known under the name of Maggy ROUFF, a well-known fashion house between the two wars, lived there her retirement with her husband since 1946. The house has remained in the same family since that date. Until the 80s, the house was the place of sumptuous receptions where the biggest names of La Côte d´Azur, such as la Bégum, Florence Gould and Estée Lauder met.
