More than just a home..

I cannot recommend Maria highly enough. Moving home can be an incredibly stressful experience, and for me this move represented much more than simply relocating to a new apartment. It was a significant life change and a fresh start, so having someone as supportive, professional and caring as Maria throughout the process made a huge difference. From the moment I met her, Maria was warm, kind, approachable and genuinely invested in helping. There were a number of administrative challenges during the move-in process that were completely outside of her control, but she consistently went above and beyond to support me, provide reassurance and help resolve issues as quickly as possible. Her communication was excellent throughout. She was always responsive, knowledgeable and proactive, keeping me informed and making sure I never felt left in the dark. Any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly and professionally, which gave me a great deal of confidence during what could otherwise have been a very overwhelming experience. What stands out most about Maria is not only her professionalism and expertise, but also her genuine warmth and kindness. Even now, whenever I see her, she is exactly the same friendly and welcoming person I met on day one. Thank you, Maria, for everything you did to make my move such a positive experience. You are an absolute credit to your team, and I am incredibly grateful for all your help and support. As for the development itself, I’ve been living here for two months now and have been really impressed. The location is excellent, particularly for anyone commuting via the Jubilee Line or travelling into central London. The communal areas are always clean and well maintained, and it’s clear that the team continually invests in improving the resident experience, including recently adding new outdoor furniture for everyone to enjoy. The gym is compact but well equipped, there are regular exercise classes, and the team is genuinely responsive to resident feedback and any issues that arise. While no place is perfect, I’ve found that they listen, communicate and do their best to help. Most importantly, there’s a real sense of community here. It feels far more welcoming and connected than simply living in an apartment building, which was exactly what I was looking for when I moved to London.

Just moved in!

This is a fantastic building. It always smells amazing and everyone working here is so friendly. Special shout out to Emma who made out move in journey so seamless. Always there to answer any of our questions and a friendly face on move in day! On first impressions, the gym space could be larger for the number of tenants here. We love all of the events happening and can’t wait to meet our new neighbours.

A great development and an amazing home

The building is first class, the design is great and the maintained within the shared spaces is always top notch. The airflow of the building has been a major help during the hot days recently as well! Parm was helpful during the initial move in stage and the referencing before our tenancy started.

Great facility and good service

This development has great facilities compared to Fizzy Hayes that I have lived for the last 4 years. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Desmond Pinto for his help that we have a smooth transition to Momento. Also thanks Ha and her team always being very helpful.

Great building and great team

Bloom is a very good development. The letting and move-in process was very smooth and fast. I was supported by Abdo Dada, who responded to enquiries early, turned the contract around quickly, and ensured the move-in was fast. There were a couple of minor issues with the apartment when we moved in regarding one missing chair and a small fix to the toilet, which Abdo and the team helped to take care of immediately. That’s the best thing about Bloom — there is a team there ready to help. The amenities are otherwise great and the design etc is phenomenal
