To the left of the hallway, a kitchen opens into a large living room with high ceilings and big windows. The same elevated views carry through, over the lake, the sea, and Nueva Andalucía. From the living room you step out to the main terrace with a seating area, and a staircase leads down to a lower al fresco terrace with a plunge pool. It's a particularly nice spot in the evenings with candles. A small garden wraps around the house.

Back in the hallway, the indoor staircase is lit by a large window. Downstairs are two good-sized bedrooms sharing a bathroom, one of them with its own entrance out to the garden.

The property also has a large garage and a sizeable storage room, with two official parking spaces.
This is a family home with good qualities, partially renovated. There's also real potential to expand on the lower floor and add around 80 m² of extra space.

About the area

Nueva Andalucia is a residential area situated within walking distance of the famous Puerto Banus and within a 10 minute drive of both Marbella and San Pedro de Alcantara on the Costa del So. Nueva Andalucia is more a residential area, than a town, but it has all the facilities and amenities of a town.
