A five-minute drive from the centre of Almuñécar and all the beaches, on top of a hill, in a residential area, is the private development Fuentes de Almuñécar, with restricted access, night-time security, large communal areas, and featuring two spectacular communal swimming pools. The main pool, the largest, is just a few metres away from this lovely house. It's an infinity pool, with spectacular sea and mountain views and over 1000m2 of solarium. At the top of the development, the smaller pool, shaped like a guitar, is open all year round.

Both pools enjoy spectacular views and sun all day, as well as changing rooms, toilets, sun loungers, etc.

Regarding the house, it is accessed via a staircase, entering the top floor, where the hall, a bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower are located. We go down a flight of stairs and find the other two bedrooms. The master bedroom is en suite, with a bathroom that has separate bath and shower, a large built-in wardrobe, and air conditioning, dominated by a huge window with views of the vegetation opposite.

We go down another flight of stairs and find the guest toilet, next to the washing machine.

Finally, we go down to the main floor, where the spacious and bright living-dining room is located, also with air conditioning, with access to its terrace, where you can enjoy our magnificent climate all year round, with an awning.

On this floor is also the modern, fully equipped kitchen with ample space.
