In the EL Capricho residential area within the LOS PINOS district, a five-minute drive from the town centre and all the beaches, we offer this lovely detached house. Access is via a flight of stairs from the road, where the car is parked.

We arrive at the access level, from which we can go directly to the garden and barbecue area. This area also features a small vegetable patch and a beautiful terrace with a pergola, offering magnificent views perfect for al fresco dining in the summer.
