Excellent. From the initial support and communications to getting the property, through the period stayed and advice and help to the final days. What a pleasure! I have had a positive overall experience living at Quarters Kilburn. The design of the development is modern, functional, and well thought out, especially for young professionals. The interiors are contemporary, with good use of space, practical storage, and comfortable communal areas that encourage social interaction without feeling overcrowded.
The shared kitchens and lounge spaces are well maintained and equipped with quality appliances.
Building management has generally been responsive and professional. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and communication from the property management team is clear and organised. The all-inclusive rent structure simplifies budgeting, which is a significant advantage in London.

Building management has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve raised any issues. Queries were acknowledged promptly, and maintenance requests were handled within a reasonable timeframe. Communication was clear and consistent, which made the process smooth and reassuring. The team was approachable and solution-oriented, ensuring that concerns were resolved efficiently and with minimal inconvenience. Overall, I felt supported and confident that any problems raised would be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

A great place to live
The suites are great value, everything is looked after very well, and Dorian, the building manager is incredibly helpful. There's a lot of people living here but it always feels quiet and peaceful. There's good laundry facilities, the shared spaces (hallways, lobby) are cleaned incredibly regularly.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Walking distance to almost everything you could need convenience wise. The overground is about a minute walk away, and the nearest tube is only a couple minutes further - both get you into central London in no time at all. Kilburn High Road has a lot of character.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly and effectively, there's an easy communication channel as well as an online portal to raise any issues

Maybe in a few more months I'll edit this to add something of worth, but as it stands there isnt much

Comfortable Living with Excellent Transport and Friendly Management
The apartment has a modern design, which is really appealing. It's also very safe, as it's difficult for anyone to enter the apartments easily. The room is spacious, offering plenty of room to move around. One minor inconvenience is that noise can be heard through the patio door at night, so it might not be ideal for people who have trouble falling asleep. However, it’s definitely manageable, and this only happens if your room faces the street. Another great feature is the cleanliness of the apartment. Even though the kitchenette is small, it’s still perfect for preparing dinner at night. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised when Dorian showed me the laundry room downstairs that residents can use, so you don’t have to go to a laundromat outside the apartment.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are a lot of nice restaurants on the street, as well as many grocery stores next to the apartment. There are also nice parks and gyms, so you can exercise as much as you want. The transport is excellent, with many bus stops near the house and a metro station just a 3-minute walk away. Although the street can be a bit noisy at night, it is a busy area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Dorian is very understanding and always responds quickly whenever you have an issue.

Good and professional place to stay
Isolation is not very great, i can hear what happens in the corridor. Also, i would like to have a bedside table. Sometimes in the corridor the smell is not good. Would be good to ventilate it sometimes i think. Otherwise i don't have anything to add.

The aread is very busy. Many shops, restaurants and activity. Well located with a few metro stations nearby.
