Amazing place to live! Highly recommend!
I moved to birmingham recently as a single woman and the security of the octagon is perfect. I always feel safe and reassured knowing we have 24 hour security and technology such as facial recognition and key cards to access the building. The octagon is a beautiful place to live with tidy community spaces, high tech and modern design features. The community spaces are gorgeous and comfortable for those who are looking to relax in the lounge area or complete work in the designated spaces. I am also impressed with the security of accessing spaces such as the parcel room, knowing any important packages are secure. I love living here in the octagon!
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location of the octagon gives excellent access to transport links, bars, reatraunts and shops within less than a 5 minute walk. I am unaware of any antisocial behaviour within or around the octagon as all residents appear to be reapectful. Sometimes there is traffic noise from police sirens paticularly at night, however this is expected from a big city.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
During my first few days of moving in, I struggled to set up the wifi and in addition have locked myself out of my apartment a few times and staff have immedietly helped me and continued to show kindness. Since moving in, everyone has made me feel welcome, asking if I need any help with anything and are always there to chat to. Anytime I have any questions, staff are there to talk it through with me and help as soon as possible.

Nothing! Everything has been very positive and I am thoroughly enjoying the events and social aspects the octagon offers! I hope to attend more in the future.

Great place to live and well managed
The building is modern, clean and very well maintained. The apartments are spacious, the facilities are great and the overall design of the development is really nice. Management and staff have been helpful and professional whenever needed, and the building generally feels safe, quiet and well looked after. Paul has also been very helpful and friendly, always quick to assist whenever needed. Overall, I’ve had a really good experience living here and would definitely recommend it to others.

There are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, and getting around is quite easy with the transport links. The area is generally convenient and has some nice open spaces too. The only issue is that parking can be difficult sometimes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team was helpful whenever I needed anything. Problems were dealt with quickly and Paul was always friendly and helpful.

I didn’t expect the area and building to be this convenient and comfortable. Everything is nearby and the building is clean and well looked after.

New Resident alert! Been a month and couldn’t ask for anything more .
Personally, I take great pride in living at the Octagon. Right from the design (very unique), amenities to facilities & building management - everything has been spotless so far.
Special kudos to Favour who helped me move into the building seamlessly and provided an overview of all the amenities / perks very patiently. Continues to help massively with any and all queries.
More generally, everyone (Kasim, Red, CJ and everyone else) in the team has been very hospitable and are willing to help with anything to facilitate a comfortable stay.
Would also be great to have any events / activities that can help bring the residents closer.

Been a month since I have moved into the Octagon and it’s been amazing so far! No complaints at all from an area standpoint as it’s in the city center, close to work / shopping / restaurants and public transport so everything is accessible and convenient. Perfect for a young professional if work is located in city center.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they have. On-site team is very quick / responsive to help with literally anything so very satisfied. More importantly, they are very approachable & friendly.

Nothing really. Brilliant so far and have been loving life off late thanks to the Octagon and its way it’s currently being managed.

Everything good here
All facilities are good, very high technology, there have face detection in the lift, you no need press any button. And there have coffee machine on the LG floor , you can drink the free coffee 7x24 hours . And the design is very good and you will feel happy every day.

There is very convincing here, near the bullring shopping centre, China town, mailbox. You will not boring here

The octagon is the best
The building is amazing I love the unique design, the style and all the amenity spaces. The staff is amazing. Staff members like CJ make the living experience here amazing. He is always friendly and knows what he is doing. He acts fast and efficiently when there is an issue
