Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Right in the heart of Guildford, at the station, so with excellent transport links to London, the south coast and both Heathrow (RailAir coach service) and Gatwick airports. Convenient for schools, supermarkets and the town centre with its wide range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been helpful and responsive. Repairs have been dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything you could need is on your doorstep, and easily walkable. Because of the multi step entry system the block feels safe and secure. Well soundproofed. The triple glazing means it’s warm in the winter, however could benefit from air conditioning (or built in ceiling fans) for the warmer weather.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is a great place to live, with a good selection of shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and green spaces all within easy reach. Public transport links are reliable and provide convenient access to nearby towns and the city centre. The neighbourhood feels safe, friendly and well maintained, making it suitable for families and professionals alike. Parking is generally available, and bin collections are carried out regularly without issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had a very positive experience living in this development. The reception team is always friendly, responsive, and professional, handling all queries and issues efficiently. Parcel management is well organised and reliable, while the communal areas are consistently clean and well maintained. Security is excellent, making the building feel safe and secure at all times. Overall, it is a well-managed development and a great place to live.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No particular answer for this question as all my expectations were met

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Mint is in an incredible location. It's 5 mins from the town centre, 3 mins from the station. You would think that being this close to everything noise is an issue - but it really isn't. The place is so well built, its quiet and peaceful in the centre of everything.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team are ace - really fast to resolve any issues. There is a greta community in the Mint also.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The main thing for me is now quitet it is - it's so unusual not to hear neighbour noise.

    Hawkins & George, BS1

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I absolutely love the location and the staff! Furnishings are as expected. Construction--especially the saw--really suck. I can't work from home in my flat because of the noise. But overall, I'm very happy to live here!! I frequent restaurants and bars that are literally seconds away. And there is a nearby bus stop (currently closed, but soon to be reopened). I'm excited for the pilates place to open next door, too. I also love that there is additional free storage (upon availability) in the basement!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has responded to two issues that I had with my flat (heater not working and a leak) very quickly. The maintenance person is very upbeat and funny as well as extremely good at his job! He's timely, professional, and cleans up any mess created by fixing the problem.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't quite realize how fabulous the location is! And I love the tenant activities!

    Argo Apartments, E16

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have lived at Argo Apartments by Grainger (E16 1YD) for around a year and overall it has been a very convenient place to live. Canning Town station (Jubilee Line and DLR) is within walking distance, providing quick access to Canary Wharf and central London, and Custom House (Elizabeth Line) is also nearby for wider connections. There are three supermarkets located directly downstairs, making daily shopping very easy. Waste disposal is also very convenient with bins located on-site.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Paul and Angela have been great to deal with during our tenancy. They are always approachable, polite and quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. The whole experience has been much smoother thanks to their help and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing we would have liked to know before moving in is how much the area is still actively developing. While the building itself is modern and well-managed, there is occasionally some road maintenance and construction work in the surrounding area, which can lead to minor daytime noise. However, this is generally not disruptive and feels like a normal part of a developing neighbourhood.
