Comfortable and convenient place to live
The development is well designed, clean and comfortable to live in. The building feels modern and the shared areas are usually well maintained. The facilities are useful and make day-to-day life easier. The flat itself is practical, bright and pleasant, with a good layout and enough space. Building management has been professional and the overall environment feels safe and organised. I have had a positive experience living here and would recommend it to people looking for a convenient and comfortable place to live.

Ideal Living Situation
I’ve had a really positive experience living at the development. The building is modern, well-designed and feels comfortable, with good facilities that are easy to use and well looked after. The communal areas are always clean and maintained to a high standard, which makes the building feel welcoming.
The team are also a big part of why it has been such a good experience. Reception are always friendly, helpful and approachable, and they make day-to-day living much easier. Walter is especially great with maintenance requests and is always really quick to respond and sort things out properly. Overall, the building management and property management team are reliable, professional and really helpful.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Transport couldn’t be closer, everything you need within 100s of metres, shops bars anything! I don’t personally get any traffic / loud behaviour from my flat. I don’t need parking so haven’t looked into this. Bins are so easy with a chute.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very prompt and all sorted out with no issues, really easy to log issues on the app.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Check out all the flats in Kampus as the views are very different and all offer different vibes

The best place!
I love KAMPUS! I love the events and the gym classes. We get free breakfasts every so often (absolutely stunning) and events with free drinks. I love that we have gym classes like Pilates and boxing with a free sign up - it really feels like everything you need is right at your doorstep. The staff have been so helpful, there’s always someone on hand to speak to. I especially want to mention Hermione who is always available at the desk to assist.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is really convenient, really close transport links and access to loads of great restaurants. You can really get anywhere within 20 minutes!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management always responds swiftly to issues and maintenance.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew how close to everything we are here - there is less need for personal transport

Comfortable Living in a Convenient Location
The development offers a modern and comfortable living environment with good facilities and a convenient location. The design of the building is attractive and practical, with secure entry systems and well-maintained communal areas that help residents feel safe. The apartments are generally well laid out, with good natural lighting and sufficient storage space for everyday living.
The property management team is usually responsive and helpful when dealing with maintenance requests or general enquiries. Repairs are often handled within a reasonable timeframe, and communication from management is clear compared to many other developments. The building is also relatively quiet and suitable for students or professionals looking for a comfortable place to live close to local amenities and transport links.
Some minor improvements could still be made. At busy times, shared facilities and lifts can become crowded, and there may occasionally be delays with maintenance or parcel management. However, overall the development provides a positive living experience and offers good value considering its location, facilities and convenience.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is very convenient and well connected, with a good range of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and takeaway options nearby. Public transport is reliable, with easy access to buses and the city centre, which is especially helpful for students and working professionals. There are also several green spaces and parks within walking distance, making the area feel more balanced and comfortable to live in.
In terms of negatives, traffic can become busy during peak hours and parking spaces are sometimes limited.
There can occasionally be noise at night, particularly on weekends, but overall the area feels safe and friendly. Bin collections are generally regular and the streets are usually kept clean.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has generally been responsive and professional when dealing with issues. Most maintenance requests and enquiries were acknowledged quickly, and communication was usually clear throughout the process. While there were occasional delays during busy periods, the staff were polite and made reasonable efforts to resolve problems efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the building can become quite busy during peak times, especially around the lifts and parcel collection areas. It is also helpful to be aware that nearby traffic and weekend activity can occasionally create some noise depending on the apartment location. However, the convenience of the location, transport links and nearby amenities still makes it a very comfortable place to live overall.
