Very convenient and well maintained community level with privacy.
It’s modern, though sometimes things can take a bit longer to get fixed. But overall well maintained. Great to have a co-work in the building as well as a gym - makes it worth the rent especially if you work remote. The rooms are actually well designed in terms of lights and sockets and decent amount of storage space, though higher bed would allow for better underbed storage.

Great area, right by the water. Close to Clapham junction, so train lines (though no tube besides overground) + buses. Generally, very pleasant part of place to live in. Co-op right across the road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’ve generally been fixed, though some issues have taken longer than others. But staff is extremely responsive and create a great experience for residents.

This is a great place if you want to live independently but still with people - the social events are great and definitely enhance the experience / add to value for money.

Living at Florence Dock
The building looks really new, everything is clean and tidy and the team does a good job to keep constantly perfect give the welcome look all the area with the sofa are really comfy and the management team doing a great job nothing missing inside Florence Dock

Nice area.. Pub and restaurant on the river coop around the corner. Mbug Morrisons lidls and say nsbury 10minutes by bus

Most of the time fast and always double check if the issue is sorted

Bin collections are consistent and the street is kept clean, with very little anti-social behaviour.

Building management has been responsive and helpful when issues were raised. Kafi and Guglielmo have both been supportive, addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

It is worth being aware that parking can be limited depending on the time of day, and some minor noise from traffic can occur. However, overall the building is well managed and the living experience is comfortable.
