Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location with very easy transport links. Easily walkable to the Bullring, mailbox, etc. Beautiful park right across the road and a supermarket nearby too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. When I moved in the door lock needed to be repaired. It was done in less than 20 minutes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Don’t try and get an uber when the crowds are leaving the stadium. Traffic is chaos, but it only lasts for about an hour.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great. Close to multiple parks and well connected with direct links to the railway station. The maintenance is meticulous and any issue is promptly and quickly taken care of by the management and staff. They are also working on multiple activities throughout the year. The only issue is with the security of the bike parking lot, which I believe is being looked into.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Regarding change in mattresses and any issue with the appliances or minor electric repairs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was expecting a 6 month minimum contract break clause, which wasn't part of the agreement. Would be nice as it adds to the flexibility of unexpected move outs

    Manager's response

Hi Varun, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave your review. We’re really pleased to hear you’re enjoying the location, views, and nearby amenities, and that our team has been able to support you quickly with any maintenance needs. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the bike store security, which is currently being reviewed. In terms of tenancy flexibility, from 1 May all tenancies are on a rolling basis, so you are no longer tied into a fixed 6-month break clause and can benefit from greater flexibility going forward. Thanks again for your comments and for being part of the community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great transport links, Aldi Supermarket, PureGym, Cannon Hill Park, lots of restaurants within a 5 minute driving range. Good parking availability, bins room can be organised/maintained a little better

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, table replacement as well as prompt washing machine replacement

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You have everything you need! Storage space feels a little small

    Manager's response

Hi Waleed, Thank you so much for your kind words – it really means a lot to the whole team! We're so glad you're enjoying the events, location, and that you've found us approachable and helpful. We really appreciate your feedback regarding the bin store. We're always looking at ways to improve this area, so if you have any ideas or suggestions on how we can improve it, we'd love to hear them. Also, just to mention, we do have a variety of storage cages available to lease if you feel you need a bit of extra storage space – feel free to pop down and chat with the team if that’s something you’d be interested in. Thanks again for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! Best regards,

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great amenities, but next to a risky area across the rd antisocial behaviour Overall good stylish building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes great response always most of the time. They usually are good and accommodate all requests

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Rent increases and options to remove furniture with ease after 1 year

    Manager's response

Hi Shakir, Thanks for the brilliant ideas—we’re now picturing a rooftop spa with magicians roaming between the jacuzzi and sauna… not a bad vision! We’re glad you’re enjoying the building and amenities, and really appreciate your honest feedback on the area and rent transparency—it helps us keep improving. We’ll also aim to turn “great most of the time” into “great all of the time” 😊 Thanks so much for the recommendation!

    Manager's response

Hi, Thank you for leaving Corkfield a review - we are training a few new team members at the moment who are still learning the ropes (as such!) but if you ever have any concerns around answers to questions, please do escalate them to the management team, we are more than happy to help!
