Amazing staff but improvement on facilities
Overall, the building was designed perfect for single tenant. The location is great and great staff. Could be better if they can fix some of the building issues and ventilation system is poor. My room constantly smells bad and cannot open the window
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The management team is the best , especially Salman. I feel very welcome since I moved in and they have been very supportive. Down side I would say there is always a delay for maintenance team to come. Facilities is always broken. Ventilation system is poor. My room constamtlt smells bad.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Good but could’ve been better if they could reply to Phone call or email during weekdays working hours quicker.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew the council taxes not included as in advertisement is a little bit misleading

Modern Living with Good Facilities but Room for Improvement
The development offers a modern and well-thought-out design, with a clean and attractive appearance that makes it a pleasant place to live. The layout of the buildings and communal areas feels practical and user-friendly, and the overall aesthetic is consistent throughout. Facilities are generally good, with well-maintained shared spaces that add convenience for residents.
Building management is fairly responsive, addressing most issues within a reasonable timeframe, although at times communication could be clearer and more proactive. Property management maintains the development to a decent standard, with regular cleaning and upkeep of communal areas, though there is occasional room for improvement in attention to detail.
Overall, the development provides a comfortable living environment with solid amenities and acceptable management, making it a good option despite some minor areas that could be improved.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area offers a good balance of convenience and lifestyle. There’s a solid range of shops, from small independent stores to larger supermarkets, making everyday errands easy. Restaurants and cafés are diverse, with options ranging from casual takeaways to more upscale dining, and there are a few decent bars for socializing. Green spaces and parks are accessible and generally well-maintained, which is great for relaxing or exercising.
Transport links are one of the strongest points, with reliable bus routes and nearby train or underground stations providing easy access to other parts of the city. However, during peak hours, services can get crowded and occasional delays can be frustrating.
On my street, parking can be a challenge, especially in the evenings, and you sometimes have to park a bit further away. Bin collections are regular, though occasionally there are delays. The area is mostly quiet, but there can be some traffic noise during busy times and occasional anti-social behaviour, though nothing too serious overall.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally responded within a reasonable timeframe and addressed most issues effectively, although communication can sometimes be slow or lacking in updates.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how limited parking can be, especially in the evenings, as it can be difficult to find a spot close to the building. It’s also worth knowing that transport gets quite busy during peak hours, so planning ahead helps. On the positive side, the area is quieter than it may seem during a viewing, particularly at night, which is a big advantage.

Fabulous place to live
Excellent. Very good concept
Feels like home and makes you feel welcome. Very warm, well thought out spaces for relaxing and chilling with friends or family or on your own.
Love it here. Staff put out stuff to eat! You wouldn’t get it anywhere else.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Excellent no complaints. Excellent selection of nearby shops and parks. Feels safe and easy to get around.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
On time and very fast. All problems dealt with very quickly. Very friendly people

Plenty of upsides offset by some limitations
The Apiary Ealing is very conveniently located right next to Ealing Broadway station (< 5 minute walk), making it very accessible. Being this close to the train station does however mean that the vibration and noise from the fast trains (GWR, Heathrow express) can be felt / heard from within the flats. The building itself is sleekly designed and clean and modern, however individual fittings and fixtures are of mixed quality (e.g., low quality finishings, door hinges etc.). Amenities are great, especially the rooftop terrace ( a big hit during summer!) and co-working space. The laundry room could do with more washer/dryers (i.e., more than the 3 currently in the space), in particular given the number of residents. Building management are lovely, available and always on hand to help, however similar to the above, given the number of residents, more staff on hand would be welcomed as requests are often backlogged.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Ealing Broadway is a vibrant hub and wonderfully connected area.Parking is generally quite limited however with the lizzy, central and district lines running into central London, it is definitely workable. There is a fantastic mixture of green spaces (lammas park, walpole park), cafes, supermarkets, and retail shops.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As mentioned above, building management are lovely, available and always on hand to help, but given the number of residents, more staff on hand would be welcomed as requests are often backlogged. While requests will generally always be attended to eventually, staff are also not always super responsive, and there are often delays between requests made via writing (text, email etc) and when the requests are acutally attended to or addressed.

Modern, social and good transport connections
I’ve had a positive overall impression of living at The Apiary Co-Living Apartments Ealing, particularly in terms of its modern design and lifestyle-focused approach. The building itself is very well designed, with stylish, fully furnished studio apartments that feel contemporary and thoughtfully laid out. The balance between private living space and shared communal areas works well, making it suitable for both independence and social interaction.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Ealing Broadway is a vibrant and well-connected area that offers a great balance between city life and a more relaxed suburban feel. The range of local shops is excellent, with the Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre providing plenty of high-street brands, supermarkets, and everyday essentials. There’s also a strong selection of independent cafés, restaurants, and pubs, catering to a variety of tastes, from casual dining to more upscale options. Walpole Park and Ealing Green are also very nice
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, I had an issue with my door and they are quick to help. Aswell as getting locked out a few times they are always here to help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The ground floor communal space is nice to do work and there is a hot chocolate machine
