Great building and great team
Bloom is a very good development. The letting and move-in process was very smooth and fast. I was supported by Abdo Dada, who responded to enquiries early, turned the contract around quickly, and ensured the move-in was fast. There were a couple of minor issues with the apartment when we moved in regarding one missing chair and a small fix to the toilet, which Abdo and the team helped to take care of immediately. That’s the best thing about Bloom — there is a team there ready to help. The amenities are otherwise great and the design etc is phenomenal
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very lively area with a lot of new developments that are bringing restaurants, gyms, bars, shops, and other amenities. The gardens at the back are delightful and provide a great space to walk around during the summer
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very fast response to all issues. There’s a team on site that can help resolve all maintenance tickets quickly and smoothly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are very large workspaces in Bloom so you can study or work from there instead of having to set up your own desk — helps with space!

The building is very new so everything feels very fresh
The building is very new so everything feels very fresh. But there is still a lot of construction happening outside this building. That isn’t that much of a hassle as you don’t hear a lot. Otherwise the building is very nice and modern and feels very clean
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I enjoy living in Nine Elms as I feel like everything is so close to me. Including the powerstation which is only a 7 min walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had any issues so far living in Bloom as I moved here recently and everything is going well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I don’t have many as everything was made very clear before moving in and the moving process was very easy.

Great staff!
Kimberlyn, Carmen, Khulood and Andreja at the reception make doing some work in the co-working area great! They are superhuman and must be cherished with all our might.
As to your other questions, nowadays design is done blindly as to its true purpose, which is unity. Design and architecture are the explicit effectuation of the implicit state of society, and today’s society is clearly fractured and hurting. But it goes both ways. Design and architecture can also feed the state of society, not just feed off it. Much like great cathedrals, it can inspire and unite people. Unfortunately it takes bravery — ipso facto going against the below-average state. Bravery that your company does not have. Create beauty before it’s too late! Or, more likely, discard this advice and blindly follow business analysis, trapped in a local minima.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great staff! But the design of the building and the entire area inspires little inspiration and belief in humanity’s true potential. No wonder everyone is stuck in their phones — the world is unpleasant to look at!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They try hard to help. Good, sincere, hard-working people.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Balcony angles allow no light to enter 2 out of 3 rooms. One balcony is unusable due to gusts of wind of overwhelming nature.

The one major improvement would be an information page for new residents which outlines all portal service, apps and other set up services available in one easy reference guide.

Serious Issues in an Overpriced Complex
There have been several serious issues. Management mishandled my flatmate's address information, causing a mix-up with third-party services for utilities and council tax. This resulted in significant stress, repeated communications, and even hurt her credit, despite her record of on-time payments. This is so much time wasted through no fault of her own. Also, the viewing experience was rushed and misleading. He told us there was a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit available, but when we showed up, we were told it was actually a 2-bedroom, 1-bath, pushing us toward a unit with an incentive. To make matters worse, the bathrooms began to smell like sewage despite efforts to flush them out. The key fob system into your unit is concerning as the batteries ran out so there's always a risk of being locked out. Another flaw: the cables for your internet run through neighbouring units, meaning that if a tenant unplugs a cable or moves the equipment, it can disrupt other tenants' Wi-Fi like your own. The heating system also didn't work the first week we got there and the nights were freezing. The mismanagement of personal information, lack of professionalism, and maintenance issues have been disappointing and stressful. This place is not worth the high price. Absolutely avoid.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is plagued by constant construction, which not only creates an overwhelming amount of noise but also leads to significant air pollution. Unfortunately, the apartments are poorly soundproofed, so you can hear the noise all day, making it impossible to relax or enjoy any peace and quiet. The outdoor spaces are also completely unusable because of this.
On top of that, the sidewalks are often blocked off due to the construction, forcing pedestrians to walk dangerously close to speeding traffic. It’s incredibly unsafe, especially for families or anyone trying to avoid an accident.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’m beyond frustrated with both the ongoing issues at this apartment and the complete lack of responsiveness from management. Despite multiple emails from me outlining how my friend's mishandling of her personal data has negatively impacted her credit score, they've yet to resolve my concerns and have no sense of urgency. It's not only unethical, but it’s also left me in a difficult financial situation, and management seems completely uninterested in resolving their mistakes.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I truly regret ever living here. Even months after moving out, the impact of poor management continues to affect me emotionally and financially
