A great development and an amazing home
The building is first class, the design is great and the maintained within the shared spaces is always top notch. The airflow of the building has been a major help during the hot days recently as well!
Parm was helpful during the initial move in stage and the referencing before our tenancy started.

The area around the property is quite good as there are shops within a 10 minute walking distance and having the Elizabeth line just down the road is a big help.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management responded to a minor proper very quickly as provided a response with a couple of days

Great facility and good service
This development has great facilities compared to Fizzy Hayes that I have lived for the last 4 years. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Desmond Pinto for his help that we have a smooth transition to Momento. Also thanks Ha and her team always being very helpful.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Hayes is a good commuting location for those who work in central London thanks to the Elizabeth line. Just the traffic is very busy most of the time, and the hygiene on the high street..
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes I had an issue with unauthorized parking with irresponsible drivers and the team helped me to solve the issue quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only thing which has nothing to do with Momento but become an issue to me is Clayton road, the traffic on station road overflows and it’s always very busy. Would be great if Clarendon road becomes two ways so that cars can go from Blyth road without jamming into the traffic of Station road.

Modern development with great transport links
This is a very modern and high-spec development with a premium feel throughout. The design of the building and apartments feels thoughtful and well finished, with good sound insulation and a much quieter atmosphere than the surrounding town centre. The communal areas are clean, secure and consistently maintained to a high standard, which makes the whole development feel comfortable and well managed. Building and property management have generally been professional and responsive when needed. Overall, the development offers a good balance between convenience and privacy — residents can easily access shops, restaurants and transport links while still enjoying a peaceful living environment away from the busier parts of the area.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development is located in a quieter part of the town, which makes it feel much calmer and more residential compared to the busy town centre nearby. The centre itself can feel quite crowded and noisy at times, especially during weekends and evenings, but thankfully the building is positioned away from most of that activity. There are still plenty of useful shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so daily life is very convenient. One of the biggest advantages is the Elizabeth Line connection, which makes travelling into central London extremely quick and easy. The only downside is that when the Elizabeth Line has delays or closures, alternative transport options can become inconvenient and journeys take significantly longer.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has generally been responsive and professional when issues have been raised. Communication is usually clear, and maintenance requests or building-related concerns are handled within a reasonable timeframe.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The development itself is much quieter and more peaceful than the town centre nearby, which was a pleasant surprise after moving in. The Elizabeth Line connection is a huge advantage for commuting into central London and makes daily travel very convenient. However, one thing worth knowing is that when the Elizabeth Line experiences delays or closures, alternative routes can become quite inconvenient and travel times increase significantly. Also, while the surrounding town centre can feel busy and noisy at times, the development is positioned far enough away that residents are mostly unaffected by it.

Premium Feel Without Central London Prices
The amenities are definitely a big bonus too the gym, co-working spaces, game lounges, and podium make it feel way more like an actual community than just another apartment building. The management and concierge teams have also been really friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything.
The only real downside is that Hayes still feels a bit up-and-coming. The area around it isn’t as lively or polished as somewhere like Ealing or Chiswick, especially for cafés, restaurants, or nightlife. But considering the price, amount of space, and how convenient it is, I think Momento Hayes is really good value for West London.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I recently moved into Momento Hayes and honestly it’s been a really good experience so far. The apartments feel modern and nicely finished, definitely more premium than a lot of other rentals around here. The natural light is great, and the shared spaces are always clean and well looked after.
The location is also super convenient for commuting. Hayes & Harlington station is just a short walk away, and the Elizabeth line makes getting into central London or Heathrow really easy

Not applicable - all good from start and stress free

The management hosted several community get-together with free food and drinks, which was a really thoughtful touch and made it easy for residents to connect and socialise.

Moment to remember
The building has everything you could need — a gym, co-working space, games area, and even free coffee, which is a really nice touch. I recently hosted my birthday party in the private dining room, and it was so convenient. My friends and family were amazed and joked that I must have won the lottery to afford living here

I count myself lucky to live here. The building is beautiful and feels like a five-star hotel. The staff are attentive, professional, and always quick to answer any questions. The security team is also very helpful. The area is up-and-coming, with everything you need nearby, and it’s conveniently located on the Elizabeth line.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve had no problems at all, so I haven’t needed to raise any issues whatsoever. I’m genuinely very happy living here.
