Richmond Villages Cheltenham are pleased to offer this spacious, one-bedroom, ground-floor assisted living apartment, with large patio windows leading to a patio overlooking the woodland gardens. The apartment offers access to communal facilities including reception, the restaurant, bar & coffee area, library, wellness spa, and numerous terraces.

Entrance Hall
You will enter the apartment into a hallway, which provides access to all rooms.

Living/dining room

The bright open and welcoming living / dining room is well proportioned, allowing plenty of space to entertain family or friends, with views across the woodland. Offering double-glazed doors to the patio area, along with a feature fireplace with attractive surround an TV and satellite point*.

Kitchenette
The well-equipped fitted kitchenette has base units, stainless steel sink and drainer, work surface, microwave and fridge freezer.

Main Bedroom
The main bedroom is generously sized.

Shower Room
A beautifully tiled shower room has a WC and wash hand basin set within a fully fitted vanity unit and under sink storage downlights to ceiling.

Outside
Gardens with well-stocked flower borders, seating and lawns maintained by the village gardeners and an allocated parking place for resident car owner.

Rent, service charge, and lifestyle package charges are payable monthly, with payment due on the first day of each rent period. This property is offered on an open ended monthly tenancy, providing flexibility with no fixed end date.

A key benefit to living at Richmond Villages is the level of care, support and services that are available to make life more comfortable and enjoyable. A Service Charge of £202.26 per week covers the general upkeep of the village facilities, building insurance and maintenance, management and registration of staff, and social wellbeing activities and events. This is reviewed annually on 1st January.
