Richmond Villages Cheltenham are pleased to offer this spacious, one-bedroom, ground-floor assisted living apartment, with large patio windows leading to a patio overlooking the woodland gardens. The apartment offers access to communal facilities including reception, the restaurant, bar & coffee area, library, wellness spa, and numerous terraces.

Entrance Hall
You will enter the apartment into a hallway, which provides access to all rooms.

Living/dining room

The bright open and welcoming living / dining room is well proportioned, allowing plenty of space to entertain family or friends, with views across the woodland. Offering double-glazed doors to the patio area, along with a feature fireplace with attractive surround an TV and satellite point*.

Kitchenette
The well-equipped fitted kitchenette has base units, stainless steel sink and drainer, work surface, microwave and fridge freezer.
