Live in The James
The building itself is lovely as it’s an old Victorian style building with all Aesthetics. Facilities are great as there is an on-site gym reception area and dedicated parcel boxes. Building management is always friendly and welcoming. Only downside would be as to the location it may be unsaved characters at front of the building

The James Manchester is situated in a great area with lots to do around you. Sometimes making parking a bit tricky as to the location being so central. Traffic noise can be quiet a lot on busier periods in the city but overall great place to stay.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
With care and Camz although we haven’t had many issues

Brilliant
The design and layout of the building is cute . Very Modern and well put together . I like the style of the building . Although the brick is a lovey feature it does make it a little colder indoors . Gym facilities are good . Would like to have a better parcel system . Although the new system in place is working better then the last

It’s a bit noisy on the weeekds but very close to the mall , tram stops and the bus and train stations . Brilliant location . Better being on the. Higher floors

General Comment
Your concept is generally good, but I must point out a few issues. Firstly, I live on the north side and it gets really cold. It would be better if you replaced the air conditioners with heaters. Secondly, the wind comes in under the front doors of the apartments, making the house very cold. Thirdly, I really like the design of the house, but there aren't enough cupboards or similar items for storage. Finally, the insulation between the apartments is really inadequate, and I can hear the footsteps of someone walking on the floor above me.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This area is in the heart of Manchester, so there's a variety of shops, restaurants, and outdoor spaces. It's very close to Victoria train station and bus stops. However, because it's so close to bars, it gets very noisy at night, which is disturbing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are polite and helpful. If I say something they help me.

My house has an empty space underneath and it's difficult to heat. I wish I had known this beforehand.

lovely apartment block
Really nice people in charge. Always kept very clean and tidy. Always notified about work, which is not very often.
The inner building is nice and quiet and easy to get around. Never had any big issues, and any niggles have always been sorted out quickly.

Beautiful building, well kept and great layout. George and Helios are always on hand if we need anything

We love The James
Building and property managers is great . The upkeep of our building is good and the property manager does the job well. The design and facilities are really good and appalling to a tenant . The Gym is also a very good add on . Wish the WiFi would be a bit faster

We love living at the Jams but due to its location it can sometimes be a little noisy outside . Although the proximity to the local shops and bars and restaurants is fantastic, this can also sometimes be a little detrimental. We still enjoy living here through

Yes , with the previous building manager it did take some time for a repsinse it for anything g to happen but now everything runs smoothly

How noisy it’ll be on the weekends . With the bars and restaurants underneath the building . It can be a bit much especially in Summer .
