Lighthaus living
Firstly the building is exceptional, design is faultless, apartments are great, bright and spacious, facilities also exceptional the gym is a great size and never too busy, the management have been exceptional also the full team are great, really impressed so far.

So far everything has been great, love the area, peaceful dock views, close to Costco which is a big bonus.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I've not had a single problem since I've moved here

Wish I realised how quick it is to get to the city centre, it's literally a 5 min walk to castle street.

Lighthaus has been so good, I love living here
Lighthaus has been so good, I love living here, from the events to the location and how quiet it is has been so good, the design of this building is the best around here, facilities are great and the management day / night staff have been so welcoming

I absolutely love living around princess parade, nice and quiet compared to the city centre where I was previously living, the walks around the docks never get boring.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management are so attentive any questions or issues you have they will sort almost instantly, both day and night staff have been lovely

Loving living here
The design of this building is second to none, so modern with great amenities. The facilities are fantastic, the building management have been so helpful, which makes the overall experience great, they're always around the building if you need anything, I really couldn't fault this place

Our wonderful new home on the Waterfront
Our apartment is situated within a modern and stylish development. All amenities are well maintained and accessible throughout the day. The Managers and staff group have developed an incredibly relaxed and warm environment and they are always on hand to offer support and reassurance in a positive and proactive manner, they are truly adorable.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location of our apartment on the Liverpool waterfront is excellent with immediate access to restaurants, supermarkets, bars, hotels and transport links.
All local amenities are just a short walk away in an incredibly vibrant, safe and friendly area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The Management Team and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and responsive 24/7. Staff are always there to listen, offer reassurance and timetable actions to address any issues relating to both our apartment and development.

If we had known just how amazing it would be to live in a Lighthaus development we would have jumped at the opportunity years ago, it has been a truly liberating and joyous move.

Really enjoying my time here in LightHaus, Liverpool.
This review is long overdue. ( I generally don't write reviews for places, but this place definitely deserves one)
I have been living at Lighthaus for just over a month now. Moving is always stressful, but I have to mention how great the team at Lighthaus has been with regards to me being a bit flaky with my decision-making, due to the geopolitical situation in the Middle East and not being able to fly into the UK from India.
My first point of contact for LightHaus was Nathan, and I must say he was extremely patient with my circumstances and was very approachable and helped me view different apartments. I eventually finalised a studio, and I've been really happy with it.
The other members of the team at LightHaus are just really approachable, friendly, and helpful, whether it's Reece, Kendra, Andy Caitlin, (apologies if I've missed anyone)
Andy and Kendra are both Liverpool fans like me, so the morning coffee after the game feels like a therapy session 😂 considering how Liverpool have been playing this year!🫣
A month ago, before I was moving in, one of the concerns in my mind was that there weren't many reviews on Google Maps or HomeViews, but I'm more than happy to say that all those concerns have been laid to rest.
The shared facilities in the building are top-notch. The lounge on the 11th floor, the co-working area, and the gym all benefit from a great ambience and atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows, really good furniture, natural light and very good equipment at the gym. It has really helped me come into a routine after a bit of a tumultuous time in my personal life, so I'm really enjoying my time here. The rooms are well ventilated with a lot of natural light, and appliances work really well. So far, no issues with things like water, energy, or any other thing for that matter.
I think the proximity to the city centre is great, and the fact that it is slightly still off the city centre makes it a nice, quiet place if you just want to get a walk in early in the morning or late evenings, but close enough to go into the hustle and bustle of, let's say, Albert Dock or Baltic Market or Liverpool One. Anfield is an hour away by foot, or you can grab a bus from Liverpool One on match days, so everything is really convenient. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about, The only things I would change, probably, or do differently,
1. Co-Working areas - I would enhance the experience of those places by replacing the current work setup or work chairs with ergonomic chairs. They don't have to be fancy chairs, but they can be basic ergonomic chairs with And arm rest, head rest, and lumbar support. Invest in second screens/monitors. I think that would really increase the value multiple fold in the building without too much investment, so I would entreat the team to consider that.
2. Provide cleaning services or facilities for rooms, which are optional and a paid option.
To round it off, I would say that while the facilities, shared spaces, and aesthetics are really amazing at LightHaus, what totally sets it apart from the other places I have viewed is the energy and the enthusiasm of the team members. Ive also met some very interesting and amazing people who are residents here, and have become great friends and acquaintances already. Everyone living here is generally very respectful of your space, and so far I don't have any negative experiences.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Really good shops, restaurants, and open spaces nearby. You could walk to Albert Dock in 12 to 15 minutes. Further down, you could reach Baltic Market in 30 minutes on foot. Around the city centre, you've got some great restaurants like Gaucho, Dishoom, and Moose.
Transport links are pretty convenient, with Lime Street not very far away and buses going from Liverpool One. I don't own a car, so not sure about the parking availability. Bin collection seems pretty efficient, and nothing to report in terms of anti-social behaviour. There can be some traffic noise depending on which side your apartment is facing, but the windows are very, very soundproof.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had a recent light bulb get fused, and Reece was very prompt and proactive in terms of helping me get it changed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was given a thorough walkthrough of all the facilities and shared spaces. Nothing was unknown to me, but perhaps I did not pay attention to the fact that the co-working area did not have the kind of setup I would have liked. I've mentioned this in my detailed review, but it is not a deal breaker. I have added that as a suggestion that I would like the management to consider putting things like ergonomic chairs and monitors to make the co-working space more productive and efficient for people working there.
