Everything You Need, All in One Place
The facilities in the building are excellent. They have thought of everything you might need in your day to day - gym, office spaces, quiet meeting rooms, roof terrace and more. The desk team is always friendly and around to offer a helping hand. They’re extremely accommodating and bend over backwards to meet your needs to make your experience even better!

Everything is on your doorstep! Including the main train station, lots of stores, including convenience stores right next to the building for anything you might need.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’ve responded quickly and clearly and offered the help I needed/asked for.

Great Location and Strong Amenities
The development has been a very positive place to live overall. The gym is a good size and much larger than the one at the Hilton nearby. The building is pet friendly, which is a huge benefit for animal owners. The maintenance team has been responsive and helpful whenever issues come up. There are also occasional social events with free food and drinks, which are a nice way to meet other residents. One of the best features is the large shared area on the 12th floor, which includes comfortable seating, outdoor space, and workstations that are excellent for working from home.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is one of the best parts of living here. It is very close to both the bus and train stations, which makes getting around Cardiff and traveling outside the city very convenient. There are many good restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops nearby, all within walking distance. My workplace is about a 20-minute walk away, Bute Park is around 20 minutes on foot, and Cardiff Bay is about 40 minutes away. The area generally feels lively but still comfortable to live in. Noise levels are usually reasonable for a city centre location, and there are plenty of nearby conveniences for daily life.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I send an email and they respond quickly and suggest a solution.

I am very happy to be here especially as an immigrant, it made meeting new people a lot easier.

Maintenance staff (Haydn) is fantastic
You can make alterations to the flats and the staff will help you do it. After making a request on the online portal, Haydn on the maintenance staff was quick and responsive discuss when he could come to hang our new painting. He was friendly and professional, making the job way easier on us without needing to worry about hanging things straight or at the wrong height.

Area is fantastic and anything you’d need is at your doorstop. The train station is also around the corner making journeys further out of town very accessible.

Been very responsive and made it accessible to raise issues in online portal

Very nice building
The building is very nice, the design is very good, and everything is modern and very nice. The apartments themselves are very nice and everything is made to the customer’s satisfaction. From the very nice gym to the very nice room designs everything is perfect.

The area has all the essential shops and more and is perfect, everything from how close it is to the city centre and the train station makes it an excellent location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, when I had some issues with the door frame or something in the bathroom they got everything fixed for me in no time.

I absolutely love it here!
The design of the building is gorgeous. The entrance feels and looks luxury. Communal areas are smart, clean & welcoming. Love the roof garden & gym! You get free WiFi included too. Bin storage is easy to get to, clean and inside, which i love. All staff are very accommodating and smiley! Nothing is too much trouble. They're lovely.

I have been here 1 month and I absolutely love it! The whole of Cardiff town is on the doorstep. And so is beautiful Bute Park! Transport is right on the doorstep, if needed, including the train station, to go out & about in or out of Cardiff or down the wonderful bay. Traffic noise is expected a little being in the centre of it all. I'm up high so it's not an issue. There is parking but I don't need it. Large bins are very clean and organised and indoors, which i love.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had a couple of teething issues that were sorted immediately and with a smile!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only concern i had when moving in was what was the noise like. I did try to get a viewing on a Friday after 6pm to check but this couldn't be done. Luckily I'm up high so the noise isn't a problem. It's faint background noise on the weekends. But I think that should be something potential renters should have the option to do.
