Exceptional Living with Stunning Views
Living at The Mercian has been an amazing experience. The building offers incredible skyline views and outstanding amenities that make everyday living feel luxurious. The design is modern, stylish, and very well maintained. The facilities are excellent, and the management team is always professional and responsive. Special thanks to Robert and Russ for their fantastic efforts and dedication — they consistently go above and beyond to support residents and create a welcoming environment. The location is unbeatable, with everything accessible within minutes.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is excellent right in the city centre with easy access to tram, train, and bus services. There are many great restaurants, shops, bars, and open spaces nearby. The area feels lively yet convenient, and transport links make getting around extremely easy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has always responded quickly and professionally to any concerns raised. Robert and Russ especially deserve recognition for their outstanding support and commitment to residents.

The amenities and city views are even better in person, and the transport connections make daily life extremely convenient.

Modern, Clean and Well Managed Property
The building is generally clean, safe, and well looked after, which makes it a comfortable place to live. We appreciate the effort put into maintaining the building and creating a pleasant living environment for residents… we are very happy with the design and condition of the property.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area has a good range of shops, restaurants and cafés, and there are pleasant open spaces nearby for walking and relaxing which is good. Transport links are also convenient, The only minor inconvenience at the moment is parking, as we do not yet have a designated parking space and sometimes need to park on the road which is less convenient, We understand there is currently a waiting list for parking and that we are number 6, so we would appreciate being considered when a space becomes available… asides that everything is perfect 😊
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issue has been raised so far.. but they do take things seriously and that is appreciated.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing bad so far, the environment feels safe and the experience of living here so far has been positive.

Fashionable building
It's just very fashionable how Moda made this amazing building. Must have done a lot of planning and keeping the clients in mind.
I have found a very lovely set of staff Moses and Peter who guided me on the Moda App and how to check parcels which are awaiting collection.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I find it easy to go to town centre and shopping from a short distance. Reasonably priced uber prices due to distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have been able to get all my packages on time when they arrive.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I made my mind to rent with Moda after a short term stay on the same building.

Close to Public transportation
Just impossible to miss the building due to it's upscale exterior appearance. Noticeable decorations that stand out from the other buildings.
Although city sounds are common features the thick windows reduce the effect.
The Mercian should be proud to have Peter and Moses who keeps everyone safe and keep my delivery safe and let me back into my apartment when I rushed down and didn't take my fob along.

Located conveniently close to public transportation, shops and various dining options.
Right in the middle of one of busy streets.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I really receive all the support from staff members.

Easy to navigate with clear signages
Clear signages make navigating the building easy. In the meantime any issues are raised professionally by Peter and Moses in the night team setting my new gadgets was made easy by this lovely team. The colour mixes in the lobby are very amazing and a warm welcome to Mercian.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a mix of noisy nights and quiet nights depending on the day of the week. What you on a Monday night is the absolute opposite of what you get on a Saturday night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have access to digital key for room access. Everything is made easy and simple.

I have loved the extra space for storage and enough kitchen drawers
