Excellent Service and Smooth Experience Throughout.
My experience with the development and overall service has been very positive so far. The process was smooth, well organised, and professionally handled from beginning to end. The property appears well maintained, modern, and welcoming, and communication throughout the process was excellent.
I especially want to mention Megan Larkin, who was extremely helpful, supportive, and professional throughout my application process. She provided me with the option of using a guarantor, which really helped move things forward smoothly and reduced a lot of stress. Megan was always polite, responsive, and willing to assist whenever I had questions or needed clarification.
The entire experience felt efficient and reassuring because of her support and guidance. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service I received and I am very pleased with how everything has been handled so far. Megan is a real asset to the team and her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference to my experience.

The local area is convenient and well connected, with good transport links and easy access to shops, restaurants, and essential amenities. The environment feels calm and pleasant, and the area appears clean and well maintained. Parking and general accessibility are reasonable, and overall it seems like a comfortable place to live. So far, my experience with the area has been positive and I appreciate how convenient everything is nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any questions or concerns I raised were handled professionally and responded to promptly. Communication was clear, helpful, and reassuring throughout the process. Megan Larkin in particular was very supportive and always willing to assist whenever I needed clarification or help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I would say is that the process becomes much easier when all documents are prepared in advance, especially guarantor and referencing documents. Aside from that, the experience has been smooth and well organised so far, and the support from the team has made the process far less stressful.

The viewing was nice but there are a couple things to fix before moving in, our property manager let us know the will be taken care of before move in. Megan our property manager has been a delight and has been in constant communication with us. I appreciate all efforts!

Everything seems to be close, the buses and a few establishments. You may have to drive for others but that can definitely be arranged.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Went well made sure they were in communication with Home ppl to rectify issues were were having proving our background and income etc.

The Viewing was nice and quick my old issue is when viewing properties, I would think the property would look presentable as if ready to move in. However it wasn’t quite that way.

Lovely house, ok area, but ridiculous, unacceptable and unreasonable hike increase on tenancy renewal - greed
Lovely house, but with all new builds there was lots of teething issues, floods, faulty boiler not holding pressure, all eventually resolved. Property management seem ok and responsive, but be warned when it comes to tenancy renewal, there will be a huge hike of £150.00 per month. On challenging the landlord, there was a lot of reluctance to to provide acceptable reasoning, and when pushed they offered a rather laughable reduced offer. currently not very impressed, will be talking it further.

Transport links good, locals shops ok, but larger stores restaurants or pubs you will need a car. Quiet street, parking available with each home.

Be prepared to be fleeced at tenancy renewal time. Carrots will be dangled to draw you in for the first year tenancy, only to be unreasonably hiked up thereafter.

Renting in Stone.....
Building management has been consistently professional and responsive. Ellie, the property manager, is especially helpful and approachable — she’s quick to address any queries and ensures everything runs smoothly. It’s clear she takes real pride in keeping the property in great condition. Overall, it’s a well-managed, welcoming place to live with great attention to detail and care.
The overall design of the building is modern, stylish, and very comfortable to live in. The communal areas are always clean and well looked after, and the facilities are excellent — everything feels high-quality and thoughtfully maintained

Living in this area has been a really positive experience overall. There’s a great mix of local shops, cafés, and restaurants, with a good balance between independent spots and well-known brands. The food options are varied, and there’s always somewhere new to try. Open spaces are a real highlight — parks and walking trails are nearby, which makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors or unwind at the weekend.
Transport links are generally very convenient, with reliable bus and train connections that make commuting simple. Traffic can get a bit busy during peak hours, but it’s manageable and typical for a well-connected area like this.
The street itself is pleasant and friendly. Parking is usually straightforward, and bin collections are regular and well-organized. It feels like a safe, community-minded place — people look out for each other, and there’s very little noise or disruption. Overall, it’s a lovely area to live in with a strong sense of neighbourhood and great amenities close by.

Lovely living area, quiet and clean
I recently moved into a beautiful 2-bedroom build-to-rent home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. The property is clean, fresh, and well-maintained, with a lovely modern feel throughout. The area itself is peaceful and quiet — perfect for relaxing and feeling at home right away.
The management team has been great so far, always professional and helpful with any questions I’ve had. Everything from the move-in process to settling in has been smooth and stress-free. I’m really pleased with my new home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.
