The building design is nice and modern
Ben and Connor from Allsop Lettings Management have been simply outstanding the process of moving in was flawless. The building design is nice and modern, fittings are great quality and furnishings provided are nice! There's ample car parking, bike sheds etc. The building comes with internet included which is very handy.

Willow house is in a very nice, area - although development is still ongoing there a number local shops and resturants within easy reach.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes all queries have been answered in timely fashion.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Only that, as of the time of writing the closest shops are on the next estate over (Shenley Brook End) although it's a short walk and an even shorter drive so it's really a massive issue.

Nice neighborhood
The house design and layout is lovely and very thoughtful. We were able to move in quickly. The manager answers our inquiries very quickly too. We're having problem with the dishwasher since we came in and the building manager has been helping us every step of the way to resolve it.

The location is very good, close to a lot of shops within walking and riving distance. We just wish that more local businesses would move in soon. It would be lovely to have a cafe within 5 mins walks

The building management response very quickly and with a lot of patience.

Not really. Most of the info we need were on the pack and anything we don't need was good surprises anyway

Great Area
The development is great, the design is modern and trendy and there is a local park for children. The houses are well equipped with two bathrooms and lots of storage. The heat pump is also a bonus! It's a lovely area with lots of potential for the future.

It's a great area with lots of amenities and walks and the city centre isn't too far away. The parking is great with 2 spaces per home and access to the back garden
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management has been great, especially our property manager, Mustafa Dar. He has been able to solve any issues that arise for us and is approachable and friendly

I wish we knew more about information on the bills and we wish the garden was a bit bigger but overall a great property!

Great Area
The housing development is lovely. The neighbourhood is warm and welcoming nd the service we have received from allsopp has been great! Especially our property manager, Mustafa Dar who has been very accommodating and has solved any issue or problems we've had!!

There are lots of shops nearby such as westcroft which has supermarkets and cafes. The parking is good with two spaces each and shenley is a lovely area

Yes we had a few hiccups when we moved in but our property manager Mustafa Dar was very helpful and resolved these for us!

Lovely property and service
Lovely property and very spacious for a three bed. Would have liked a little more wardrobe space as some of the designs mean there is a little less space than there could have been (for example in master bedroom and next to washing machine). Lovely property though.

Perfect location and within 5 mins of our kids schools and main amenities. Very happy with where it is.
