If you want to live in a residential complex that is stylish, comfortable, and very affordable, I recommend it 100% for you.
the development is one of the most stylish developments that I have seen in the area, and it has a very distinct design style. It has a lot of significant places that you can see. The rooftops are amazing. You can see many points in them that are very beautiful, and you can enjoy them a lot. I have been here for six, seven months and I am still not tired of the design of the development. There are also lots of facilities that we use, like a well-equipped gym, and we use the rooftop to get fresh air on sunny days a lot. The management and property managers are good now. They take care of everything that you need, everything that is possible. I cannot say more about them because they are great.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s Wembley Stadium, and obviously, there are a bunch of shops here and there is no doubt about that. Still, with the London Designer Outlet it goes beyond expectations in terms of accessibility to everything. The only downside of the neighbourhood is something that depends on your personality because on game days the area is closed off and also full of people, if you like to have a crowded and lively area it would be better for you but if not about 20 days a year it discomfort you.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
At this moment, the building management issues are solved and they are great right now.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Actually, I have researched the area and the building. I have seen a lot of buildings around here and in other neighborhoods, and I have no regrets or anything I wished to do before moving here. I love here.

Nice apartment but no communication when you want something done
Designs and facilities are okay, however the property management is below standard. I like the gym and rooftop but that’s about it. The bathroom was seemed to be made for looks only as it isn’t that practical to have an actual bath. As well as the lift and front door to enter the building not always working
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Everything is close so you don’t need to walk far for things. However on times it gets loud during the night time and early morning
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not really we tried to reach out for a numerous of things since me we moved here but nothing much things got resolved
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Different price ranges before moving as some are different to others

Best location, Great Amenities
Beton in Wembley Park is a modern and stylish residential development that stands out for its distinctive design and excellent resident amenities. The building has a contemporary industrial aesthetic with high-quality finishes, spacious layouts, and large windows that allow plenty of natural light. The location is excellent, with Wembley Park Station, shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues all within walking distance. Building management generally maintains the communal areas to a high standard, keeping the property clean, secure, and well-presented. Property management is responsive and professional
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Best location in wembley park. Gym, grocery store in the same building. However sometimes too noisy due to the building being super close to the stadium. But windows are sound proof
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Response time is fair enough however sometimes part replacements have taken a bit longer than expected
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I would have checked the property in the morning. It becomes a bit darker (lack of sunlight) since it faces the stadium on the back side

A blend of liveliness and peace
I am happy with my stay at Beton. The apartments embrace a distinct polished concrete, industrial design. If you like minimalist, clean aesthetics, it looks stunning and feels like a modern loft. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in an abundance of natural light.
I really like the Work-from-Home space. The dedicated co-working spaces are brilliant—fast Wi-Fi, plenty of plug points, and a genuinely productive atmosphere.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Good
The Conveniences: Having the London Designer Outlet (LDO), Boxpark, and a massive 24-hour Asda right on your doorstep makes daily life incredibly frictionless.
Travel: Wembley Park station is a short walk away. The Metropolitan Line can get you to Baker Street in roughly 12 minutes, while the Jubilee Line offers a direct shot straight through the West End and into Canary Wharf.
The Bad
The Event Day Chaos: When Wembley Stadium or the OVO Arena hosts a major event, your immediate surroundings transform completely. Even though residents can use building fobs to bypass the worst of the human traffic, the sheer volume of crowds, road closures, and noise can make popping out for a quick errand a massive chore.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, I had several issues in the past when I moved in but they resolved it later. Just left with 1-2 issues for which I hope gets resolved soon.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
While the social spaces, rooftop views, and modern apartment finishes are incredible, I wish I had fully anticipated the game-day and concert crowds. Living right next to Wembley Stadium means learning to plan your grocery trips and travel around the event calendar, as the area and public transport get incredibly packed on those days.
