Overall it’s been positive. Truly enjoy it so far
The development is lovely. The amenities are awesome, a bit annoying it’s separated in three but not that big of a deal. The people who run it are absolutely lovely tho. I am not a big fan of the balconies. They’re a bit small and should have used better flooring so you don’t see how far down you are or things getting stuck when you step oht
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It has been nice living here as a new resident. There’s local shops near by it’s close to town and there’s buses and trams stops near by. Neighbours have been lovingly but traffic noise is a lot at times, especially at night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been on top of it and while I haven’t had any issues yet, I’m sure they would handle it appropriately
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
They only really let you see show rooms when you are viewing flats. It would be nice to see videos of the actual flat before moving in. I was a bit disappointed with the size of windows we got as the show flats where significantly different

Great place to live
Amazing facilities kept so clean and everything you need is in close proximity. Gym is always quiet and the fact there are 3 classes a week is great. The coffee machine is a huge bonus and the WFH areas are great. Also love the dining room which is a great social space.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location and so convinient. Not as good due to the fact there is no car pale spaces and potential new development next door.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes within the same day. Reported issues to do with ventilation and was sorted and advise the whole system is being renewed
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Potential development blocking the view and lightning

Great place to live
The design of the building is modern and has everything you need really. The gym although it’s small, has everything you need so as long as you time it right, you will have a good session in there. The residents lounge is a really nice place to work from home and feels luxury. A special shoutout to Tom & Ross the maintenance guys, they are really quick at coming round to fix any problems you might have and always really friendly and helpful, no complaints there!
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is great, really close to town and big supermarkets and smaller supermarkets, lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops around. It feels super safe with little noise disturbance. At the minute whilst there is building work going on at the development next door, it can be noisy at times but that’s not Allsops fault. Overall amazing location, don’t think you could get much better really!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Our washing machine broke and Tom & Ross were really quick to try and resolve the problem. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixable but they provided a replacement machine as soon as they could.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about the events that go on at the building and taken advantage of them more.

Making Alameda Feel Like Home – A Fantastic Team
I have been a resident at the Alameda building for the past year and I would like to take a moment to share my appreciation for the excellent Resident Management Team. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication have truly enhanced my living experience.
I would also like to highlight that my experience with the previous team was not very positive but since the current team has taken over, there has been a significant improvement in overall service, responsiveness, and resident engagement. The difference is clearly noticeable and greatly appreciated.
A special mention to Hakeem, who is a happy-go-lucky person, always approachable and incredibly friendly. He creates such a welcoming atmosphere and is always ready to help with a smile.
Nabil has consistently been helpful and friendly. His willingness to assist and ensure things run smoothly does not go unnoticed.
Elizabeth has a very pleasant personality and is always smiling, which brings positivity to every interaction. She is truly a joy to speak with.
Noely, though a bit shy in a good way, is very competent and does her work diligently. Her reliability and quiet efficiency are greatly appreciated.
Lastly, Aki for being very friendly, always listening attentively and constantly smiling. Their approachable nature makes residents feel heard and valued.
I would also like to acknowledge Pooja, Assistant GM, for her supportive and organised approach. She ensures that operations run efficiently and is always helpful when needed.
A special appreciation goes to Kassy, General Manager, for her strong leadership and dedication. Her professionalism and commitment to maintaining high standards are clearly reflected in the improved quality of service and overall resident experience at Alameda.
Overall, the entire team contributes to creating a comfortable, supportive, and welcoming environment. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication—it truly makes Alameda feel like home.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area is very convenient with a great range of nearby amenities. There are plenty of shops within walking distance, including Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express just a minute away. London Designer Outlet is only a 3-minute walk, offering a variety of restaurants such as Wagamama, Zizzi, PizzaExpress, and more. Transport links are excellent, with bus stops close by and easy access to Wembley Stadium and Wembley Park stations. Overall, the area is lively, well-connected and very comfortable to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
With the previous management team, responses to issues often took weeks and sometimes even months, which was quite frustrating. However, the current team has made a noticeable difference—they acknowledge concerns promptly and take action quickly, making sincere efforts to resolve issues as soon as possible.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the availability of a comprehensive guidebook for the apartment and building, preferably accessible through an app, to help residents easily understand facilities, processes, and services.
Additionally, having more transparency around fixed utility charges upfront would have been helpful in setting clear expectations from the beginning.

It’s ok place to live here if you don’t need support from building management.
Our development is ok, it is tucked behind stairs which makes it hard for delivery drivers. The overall building looks very nice but there is clear issues with no security especially on event days and a main door which doesn’t close so people follow you in who don’t live in the building.the management is still rather poor although they say they’ve improved we’ve had ongoing issues with our flat which management have ignored our emails and issues. There is also no bulk recycling only bulk general rubbish which is annoying.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good amount of shops and very dog friendly including multiple dog runs. Plenty of places to eat out and socialise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No we have been ignored by management and front desk on all our issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the balcony door leaked and that there wouldn’t be security during event days and when there is a security they don’t question who walks in as anyone can walk in as the front door lock doesn’t work for the main building.
