    It’s a good area right between Hastings and Bexell with great transport links and good amenities in both towns whilst also feeling like you are not amongst the hustle and bustle

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have not yet had to raise any issues with management

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The viewing process was very laid-back. I would just advise the neighbour to check that everything is working in the house.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    I have always lived in Bexhill, we are now a short walk from local school. Double driveway I'd say order bins in advance and I currently have no bins still. Yale smart lock doors, I'm not a fan of these and finding it hard to get in and out of front door, may just take sometime to get use too.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    So far I have not needed to contact them however still early days.

    Get your bins ordered before moving in. Take time to work the yale smart lock

    Area is great as long as you drive. Close to shops. Unsure of bin collections yet as no bins have arrived or any days added to the councils page.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Unfortunately the WiFi is not up and running like we were promised however the staff have been very understanding and seem to be doing their best to get this resolved as soon as possible.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Only the WiFi. Everything else has been smooth and as promised.

    Good amenities with local shops, schools and healthcare. Good location between Bexhill and Hastings.

    Not had any issues yet as we’ve only just moved in

    The WiFi isn’t set up unfortunately but nothing else

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    There are good roads and easy access to transport which makes it convenient to the local and town shops and restaurants. The house has 2 parking available for our use. Bins are available with regular scheduled collection. No antisocial behaviour seen as at now.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management were quick to respond to my concerns and immediately resolved them.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The building and area are family-friendly and peaceful which I wish I new prior to moving in. This would have made me to move in earlier. I will advise new neighbours to consider moving in early to experience the calming nature of the area.
