Amazing People like Raman Shukla
The Glassworks Court is awesome, well lit and beautifully designed, the only take away is the ensuite bathrooms in the 1 bed apartment. that design doesn't take into account guests visiting the unit who would have to enter a tenants bedroom to use a toilet. It doesn't maximize the safety and privacy needs of tenant.
Aside that the layout looks good.

Modern Living at Tillermans Court
The development is modern, clean and well managed. The facilities are practical and the communal areas are always tidy. The management team is responsive and professional. Special thanks to Raman for being kind, helpful and for offering us a great deal.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We’ve had a very positive experience in this area. There are good local shops, restaurants and open spaces nearby, and transport links are convenient. The neighbourhood feels safe and well maintained. We also appreciate Raman and the lettings team for their support and helpful guidance throughout the process.

At the beginning of our tenancy, we had a small issue in the bathroom. The building management team responded quickly and arranged for it to be fixed promptly. We really appreciated their fast and professional support.

It would have been helpful to know more details about the move-in process and how everything is set up, but overall the team explained everything clearly and supported us well

Can’t recommend this place enough. It’s luxurious with great staff and a lovely community feel. Cant recommend it enough.
Utterly amazing! Real luxury at decent prices. Each building has its own gym, workspaces, private dining rooms you can hire. They all also have beautiful terraces and it’s all kept very clean. Management is fantastic, maintenance react quickly to requests. Staff are great, especially Martina! She’s been great with us and is very understanding.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good location between two tube stations (Greenford, Central Line and Sudbury Hill, Piccadilly Line). Nice array of nearby shops, there’s a Starbucks and Co-op on site as well as two other coffee shops and a newly opened restaurant.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, and very quickly. Whenever we’ve had issues they’ve been fixed within hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish I had known how nice this place was, I’d have moved in earlier!

A Great Place to Live
The design of the development is modern and functional. The flats are well-insulated and don't need much heating in the winter, though they can get quite hot in the summer. The facilities are excellent, and the common spaces are particularly impressive—they are always clean and well-kept. The building management and property management teams are efficient and quick to respond to any issues. For example, when an appliance breaks, a technician is usually able to fix it the next day. The only negative is the hot water, which has had one or two incidents of issues per year. Despite this, the overall atmosphere is pleasant and it feels very secure. The development is designed with residents in mind, offering comfortable and practical living spaces.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Greenford is a fantastic area to live in, with a great range of local amenities. The proximity to a Lidl and M&S makes grocery shopping incredibly convenient, while the scenic canal provides a beautiful backdrop for walks and relaxation. It's a very dog-friendly area, and the community has a welcoming feel. The common spaces are well-maintained, clean, and provide a relaxing environment. Transport links are also reliable, making it easy to get around. So far, I've had no issues with parking, bin collections, or anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is quick and helpful. When I lost my access card, a colleague Violeta from management offered me a temporary solution using a mobile app, which was very convenient. The response to any issue has always been swift and effective.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Free coffee in the working space everyday and free fruit in the reception every week

A great community life
The team really do make this feel like a community that cares. Sewli, Peter, Martina, Courtney and Raqia go above and beyond to help and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Chris from the maintenance team and Maria from the cleaning team are also lovely people who always have a smile on their face and ensure both my apartment and the community are kept in great condition.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is always something happening within GQ and so many community clubs that neighbours do indeed become friends. My child feels safe and loves all the events and amenities and the team are always happy to hear and implement new ideas to help foster an even better sense on community living.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues that need addressing are quickly handled by the building manager Peter
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
