I really like the modern approach, it’s very eloquent and slick
I really like the modern approach, it’s very eloquent and slick. The gym is up there with any decent commercial gym and all the other facilities like the common room are always so clean and well maintained. I like how it caters to all most of all, for example people on there own, families and dog owners.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
All good for me, the flat, facilities and staff all excellent. The gym is absolutely top tier and the common room is always an area for a nice sit down.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, for example I remember enquiring about the electric and how one would switch and they were very helpful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Maybe more info on the app, it’s a great area to plan both social and community events.

Lovely place to stay
We’ve really enjoyed living at Dandara in Glasgow. The development is modern, well designed and feels very well maintained overall. The facilities are excellent and the communal areas are always kept clean and tidy, which makes a big difference day to day.
The building management team have been professional, responsive and easy to deal with whenever we’ve needed assistance. Property management has also been smooth, with good communication and issues handled efficiently. The apartments themselves are finished to a high standard and the development has a safe, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience living here and we would happily recommend it to others looking for a quality development in Glasgow
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area has a great mix of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, with plenty of options nearby for both everyday essentials and socialising. There are also good open spaces and parks around Glasgow which are nice for walking and relaxing. Public transport links are very convenient, with easy access to buses and train stations, making it straightforward to get around the city and commute when needed.
Living on the street itself has generally been very positive. The area feels safe and well looked after, with regular bin collections and very little anti-social behaviour
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team have generally been very responsive and professional whenever we’ve raised any issues. Communication has been clear and friendly, and problems have usually been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Maintenance requests and general queries were acknowledged promptly, and the team made an effort to keep residents updated throughout the process. Overall, we’ve found the management to be reliable and helpful, which has contributed positively to our experience living in the development
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing we weren’t fully aware of before moving in was the additional cost for parking. The free parking spaces tend to fill up quite quickly, so paid parking can become necessary depending on your schedule. Aside from that, though, we honestly haven’t had anything major to complain about. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience living here and the development, management and local area have all been great.

Very very recommended apartment in the uk
Living in the G11 6FE area of Glasgow is very positive, especially the apartment itself. The internal management is excellent, with responsive maintenance, secure entry systems, and well-kept communal areas. The environment inside the building is clean, quiet, and well-organised, creating a comfortable living experience.
The surrounding area also adds convenience, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and green spaces like a river nearby.
Overall, it is a well-managed and pleasant place to live, with the quality of the apartment and its environment being a major highlight.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a good range of nearby shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars, especially around the West End and Partick, and there are also nice green spaces such as Kelvingrove Park for outdoor activities.
Transport links are generally good, with bus and train options nearby, although the walk to the subway station is slightly farther than ideal.
Overall, everything is very positive, with only the slight distance to the metro being a minor downside.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They will solve any problems or issues immediately and kindly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think the most important thing before moving in is to check whether the internal facilities of the room are complete. The internal facilities of Ganary Quay are very very good and clean.
