Highly recommended - Granary Quay
Modern apartment with everything you need including social activities (if that's your thing), parcel concierge and gym. Staff are always happy to help, especially Helena who supported me from moving in to moving out 6 months later and everything in-between. I chose Granary Quay as it was pet friendly, in an ideal location and had parking option in the basement.

Great location. Direct access to pathway at river for walks and right next to Partick for access to cafes, shops, train and underground.

Excellent place to live in Glasgow
We would highly recommend Granary Quay in Glasgow, especially based upon the friendliness and efficiency of all staff members, and their proactive managerial approach. We were made to feel right at home from the first day, and we particularly appreciated the social events that management organised within the shared areas of the building, Having a gym and secure dedicated bike storage on site is a great plus.

Our time spent at Granary Quay in Glasgow couldn't have been any better. The building is well taken care of and is located within close proximity of transport links to the city centre, airport and beyond. We made use of underground parking facilities so parking was never an issue for us.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management was very proactive and took immediate action when we raised a concern related to other tenants within the building.

Everything was just as described and as expected following our viewing, with no surprises.

Comfortable and Well-Maintained Development
Overall, I’m happy with the development. The design is modern, clean and practical, and the communal areas are generally well maintained. The facilities are good and everything feels convenient for day to day living. Building management and property management have been reliable, with any issues usually handled in a reasonable way. It is a pleasant and comfortable place to live.

Overall, it’s a good area to live in. There is a decent range of local shops and green spaces nearby, and transport links are generally convenient. The street itself is usually quiet, with manageable parking, regular bin collections and no major issues with noise or anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has responded very quickly to any problems or issues we have raised. Everything has been dealt with efficiently, and most issues are resolved almost immediately.

We moved here from central Aberdeen and actually prefer this area much more. The atmosphere feels calmer, there are plenty of nice places to walk nearby, and P&J Live is very convenient to have close by. One thing to know is that it can be a little noisy during the day because of planes and helicopters, but in a way it adds to the character of the area rather than being a major issue.

Amazing place to live

There are also several attractive open spaces, parks and walking routes nearby, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors. Transport links are convenient, with good road connections and access to public transport options that make commuting and travelling straightforward. Living her is very pleasant, with a friendly atmosphere, ample parking availability, reliable bin collections and generally low levels of traffic noise. The area feels safe, well maintained and is a great place to live. I will truly miss living here.

Yes. All issues that I have required fixing were resolved by management quickly.

Properties are well maintained inside and outside communal garden areas are well looked after.
