Very good
The brand new builds are very nice with ample space inside and out, really nice big garden, nice big driveway for ample parking and a very nice aesthetic on the outside of all the new houses at penny green. We was in constant contact with Megan so any questions we had we could relay and was very helpful.

Relatively close to shops, lovely brand new houses everywhere, parking is very good as we have a 2 car driveway

Not had any as of yet however they seem good and reliable

A viewing was very hard to get given how new the property is.

Just waiting for the hub to be completed and then it will be perfect as i would prefer to be able to walk to a local shop rather than drive. Everything else is perfect

took a couple of days to respond but then someone was around within an hour

nothing! everything was as expected
the road isnt finished yet so there is quite a bit of dust of the moment but its only temporary

The overall design of the house is brilliant
The overall design of the house is brilliant. Really nice low living room that leads to the large garden. Good hallway space to access the front door, kitchen or downstairs toilet
Kitchen is a decent size with space for a dining table the other end. All 3 bedrooms are a good size with built it wardrobes which is perfect. The parking is brilliant
My opinion is that the house has been really looked after since being built

From the drive around the area. It looks lovely. Loads of shops about. Bud branded names but also smaller shops as well
We have private parking which is perfect
And we are a 10-15 minute walk away from the train station which is ideal as I work in London
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have raised an issue and James Hayes has picked it up very quickly and has assured us it will be fixed before we move in. Megan Larkin has really helped this move swiftly and without any issues.

Perfect homes at Penny Green.
We have a 2 bed house with 2 parking spaces the design is lovely and modern, we really love the look of the houses. The integrated appliances in the kitchen are amazing ! but I wish there was more storage included and for the kitchen to be a little bit bigger but it is perfectly sized for me and my other half.

The development is very close to a Tescos, a train station, a bus route and there are multiple pubs. The development looks lovely there is even a food truck that comes nearby each week - organised by the off beaten truck! My only bad aspect is I wish there was a closer smaller shop for convenience.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t had any issues so far, but with how the lettings agency are - I’m sure their building management team is just as good !
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Definitely do you research of the surrounding area as there are so many hidden gems ! We have found a book club and a food truck company who regularly visits

Looking forward to moving here...
The site is very modern and still under construction, however there is a pleasant mix of property developers and property styles. There are park facilities for younger families and it is very close to local transport networks. Future plans include a David Lloyd and M&S which is great. It would be great if there were plans for a local pub in the future!

The plans for the site are very good, to include an M&S and David Lloyd in the future. Local bus and train facilities are excellent as will transport infrastructure once the black cat work is completed.

No issues to report given we are yet to move so unable to say.

The initial viewing was great but the questions we had regards the property and costs could not be answered. It would be great to get the guys showing these properties some knowledge of costs and be able to answer questions during the showing.
