Perfect for uni and totally stress-free
The design of the building is spot on and really modern. The flats are a decent size with a good layout and plenty of storage, which is exactly what you need. Facilities-wise, it’s brilliant. Having the private study spaces downstairs is an absolute lifesaver when you can't be bothered walking to the uni library, and the communal areas are great for chilling out with mates.
As for the building management, the uhaus team at reception are always super friendly and actually get to know you. If anything ever breaks in the flat, you just log it and the maintenance guys sort it out really quickly, no messing about. The property management overall is dead easy to deal with too. Everything from signing the tenancy to moving in was totally hassle-free. Definitely recommend living here if you want an easy, stress-free time while studying.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living here is literally so handy for uni and town. Loads of decent food spots and bars right downstairs, and Symphony Park is great to chill in when it's sunny. Transport is spot on – Oxford Road station is like a two-minute walk and the buses are constant.
Downsides: parking is basically non-existent and well expensive. It gets quite loud on the weekends, but you expect that living in the centre. The building sorts all the bins out so you don't even have to think about it, and security are always about so there's no real hassle.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Honestly, they've been brilliant. If something breaks, you just report it and the maintenance guys are usually up to fix it the exact same day. There's no hassle at all, and they actually get it sorted properly the first time instead of just doing a quick patch job.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known to factor in the lift times in the mornings! When everyone is rushing out for 9am lectures, it can take a few minutes to get down to the ground floor, so definitely leave your flat five minutes earlier than you think you need to.
On the plus side, I wish I'd known how much free food and drinks they actually give out at the communal events. Definitely keep an eye on the noticeboards downstairs because getting involved genuinely saves you a fortune on takeaways!

Excellent value for your money! #vi ta
The buildings are always clean and tidy, issues with lifts a lot though, at least 1 lift broken each month, very frustrating when you got to get to a high floor.
Events are decent but you got to be quick to get onto them as they sell out quickly!!!
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Plenty to choose from across the whole of square, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc.
Parking is expensive but plenty of it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No major issues logged other than observations of wear and tear when I moved in to the coffe table and chairs.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Had some noise complaints at the start of our contract but they was quickly dealt with by the manager

Perfect location, apartment sublime and views amazing 😍
Property management is great as the buildings always look in good shape, maintenance team are always doing something to perk things up.
Cleaners work hard with keeping ontop of apartments and corridors etc.
I feel the gym needs more repear cleaning as gets dusty.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Quality of bars are good and lots to choose from, not as many restaurants around but more in city centre.
Parking okay if you have a car but expensive.
Can be noisy at weekends with few clubs around
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Few issues when I moved in but they was quickly attended too.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
You do pay for what you get, it's quite expensive overall but be everything was included. We did get a refund for difference of bills.

VITA VITA VITA, no better home!
My apartment is well fitted out with all appliances and good amount of space! The bed is big enough for me but I'm tiny 😭 also comes with bath which is a dream after the gym!
Lots of spaces but guests constantly using the workspace areas which is annoying but the staffs help to clear them out.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Buses every minute, trains every 20 mins and Ubers obviously available everywhere.
Northern quarter is great place to go and would steer away from Piccadilly as quite rough. We are on Oxford road so can be quite busy especially with all students.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, not had many but they fixed when I raised them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wanted higher floor and they said was available and then when I came to pay and sign it wasn't so had to go for lower floor!

Great location for city slicker
Nice buildings and lots of people in residences. Can get quite busy in lift areas, lifts could be quicker as alot of traffic coming through so can wait a while for lift to higher floor. Everywhere looks clean and tidy all the time including outside areas.
35th floor views are amazing
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Streets are clean and tidy, shops available all around the vincinity of the square. Also pubs and bars are within reach! If you want to park car, get your hair cut, nails done, food shop everything in 500 yards
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes issues been raised over my time and resolved. I did wait 7 days once for washing machine issue
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn't know about events until 6 months in and how to sign up. Expensive parking around .
