Perfect for downsizers, those seeking single-storey living and buyers looking for a home with future potential, this property offers a fantastic opportunity.

Backing onto Meadow Park, the non-overlooked position is private, peaceful and quiet, making it particularly appealing for those seeking a tranquil setting.

To the front there is a large lawn and driveway parking for a minimum of two cars. There is also side access to the rear and a detached garage.

Inside there is a front porch, spacious entrance hallway, two double bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes to the main bedroom, a generous lounge/diner with door out to the garden and large windows overlooking the pleasant outdoor space, a family bathroom and a spacious kitchen, also with direct access to the garden.

The garden is low maintenance with a patio area and lawn, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. There is also a separate utility room at the back of the garage.

This home requires some cosmetic updating and offers excellent scope for extension, subject to planning permission, making it equally attractive for families looking to create a larger home in a prime Earley location.

Sellers View

"Our mum/ grandmother lived in her much-loved bungalow on Roman Way for 23 years, having moved there in 2003. We were also fortunate enough to celebrate her 100th birthday in the home she loved so much.

She enjoyed spending time in her garden, listening to the birds and watching the seasons change. One of her favourite routines was visiting the nearby park each week for lunch with her neighbours, many of whom became close friends. Living here allowed her to maintain her independence for many years, with local amenities within walking distance and a convenient bus route to Asda.
The bungalow holds many happy family memories. Her great-grandchildren played in the garden, and we spent countless special occasions together here. She also loved walking along the road and taking in the beautiful distant views.
Roman Way is a quiet and friendly road with a strong sense of community. From the day she moved in, everyone was welcoming and supportive. It was clear that neighbours genuinely looked out for one another, something she always appreciated and valued.
The bungalow offers plenty of potential for its next owners, whether they wish to personalise it, modernise it or even potentially extend. We have no doubt it will become a wonderful home for the next family, just as it was for ours, and that it will provide many years of happiness and cherished memories."
