Adjoining the ancillary accommodation is a double garage, together with a store room and wine cellar, providing extensive storage, workshop potential, and secure parking. This highly adaptable space enhances the property's flexibility and appeal for a variety of lifestyle requirements.

Outside

In addition to the annex, a separate outbuilding comprises a garden room and store, providing further versatility for a variety of uses, including a studio, hobby room, or home office.

Externally, the property benefits from separate parking areas serving both the main house and ancillary accommodation, together with beautifully established gardens featuring mature planting, attractive seating areas, and delightful outdoor spaces.
