    It’s in a great location and there are many great amenities within the development and shops / restaurants surrounding the development. JQ train literally right next to it and the buses are frequent. Bin collection is swift and parking plentiful within and outside.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have given clear and honest advice. In the advent where they can help us e.g repairs and maintenance, they’ve been very quick. In the advent they can’t e.g, they’ve given good advice and alternatives.

    How to effectively manage the plumbing situations within the apartment.

    All staff are very welcoming and friendly. Everyone you see around has a smile on their face. The events planned are something I am looking forward!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    A small issue was raised and I was contacted straight away by building management who arranged a time convenient for me via WhatsApp to come and it was sorted quickly!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I knew how happy I would feel living here on my own before coming so that I could have had the confidence sooner to move!

    I have lived in this beautiful apartments for some months now and I will say that it worth the money, I do not enjoy dirty environment and this apartment is super clean. I would recommend this for all working class individuals. Finally, it’s furnished which makes it easy to rent and occupy. I greatly recommend this apartment for everyone, thanks.

    Promptly or timely. They will attend to ensure things are put in proper perspective

    Parking fee, I think it’s on the high side. Something should be done about this to allow lots of residents patronise the parking space than park outside.

    There is a good range of artisanal coffee shops, lovely pubs and restaurants available within walking distance, the location couldn't be better for transport as it is on the moor st line, we found that parking can be a challenge if you dont use the underground parking but this is not surprising given the amount of units and adjacent commercial shops etc

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management have been nothing short of exemplary, Qash and Mikey have been warm and welcoming and personable and it is clear they make a point of getting to know residents and going the extra mile to make sure we are informed and feel at home, running events and clearly communicating and responding to the issues I have raised with wifi, plumbing and general queries around moving in and the logistics - all in all the process has been made as simple as possible and I am truly grateful for the staff here.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I knew that LG are becoming more strict with the right to decorate as we have queried painting and hanging adhesively connected decorations and told not to which we were initially told would be possible, I feel like it is a bit falsely advertised
