5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area offers an excellent range of local shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs, providing plenty of choice for day-to-day needs as well as socialising and dining out. There are also several attractive open spaces, parks and walking routes nearby, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors. Transport links are convenient, with good road connections and access to public transport options that make commuting and travelling straightforward. Living her is very pleasant, with a friendly atmosphere, ample parking availability, reliable bin collections and generally low levels of traffic noise. The area feels safe, well maintained and is a great place to live. I will truly miss living here.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area has a great mix of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, with plenty of options nearby for both everyday essentials and socialising. There are also good open spaces and parks around Glasgow which are nice for walking and relaxing. Public transport links are very convenient, with easy access to buses and train stations, making it straightforward to get around the city and commute when needed. Living on the street itself has generally been very positive. The area feels safe and well looked after, with regular bin collections and very little anti-social behaviour
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team have generally been very responsive and professional whenever we’ve raised any issues. Communication has been clear and friendly, and problems have usually been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Maintenance requests and general queries were acknowledged promptly, and the team made an effort to keep residents updated throughout the process. Overall, we’ve found the management to be reliable and helpful, which has contributed positively to our experience living in the development
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing we weren’t fully aware of before moving in was the additional cost for parking. The free parking spaces tend to fill up quite quickly, so paid parking can become necessary depending on your schedule. Aside from that, though, we honestly haven’t had anything major to complain about. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience living here and the development, management and local area have all been great.
