The flat is a lovely size
The flat is a lovely size and very well layed out with the facilities being amazing. Property management have been nothing but amazing from the minute we have moved in and being very fast to respond answering all our quirked and has made the experience brilliant.

Living here is a lovely and quiet with the residents being very friendly. There is no traffic noise for the development being along side a main road. The parking at the current moment is a little difficult as it’s a 5 minute walk from the apartment itself but this just as things are still under development.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Has been more then happy to help with any issue we have run in to and always makes you feel like a priority when getting things resolved

Helpful tip: When setting up bills just bare in mind being a new build some places take a little long as your a new address

Lovely
Orphee has been very helpful and quickly responds to issues. There was issues at the beginning but got quickly resolved. Front door occasionally doesn’t work but management quickly resolve the issue. Lovely design set up very modern and simple but lovely flats.

Lovely area. Short walk into the town centre which is very convenient for those that don’t drive. Bin collection is inconsistent there will be times where bins won’t be collected and residents have to contact the council.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Orphee was very quick to respond to my sink pipe leaking
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That we weren’t allowed to park outside the building and that we have to park at fort Amherst who typically always are busy and car park full.

Could be better
The flat design itself is good in my opinion, however there are some things that could have been improve. Such as the kitchen having tiles and not just the walls, the bathroom bath is not sealed at the bottom, and also the en-suite mirror location is a bit too low cus when you use the sink, you can hit your head on it.

This location is good and no issue with noise apart from the construction going on. Not happy with the no parking availability especially with having 2 young kids, so that’s not good and hoping there’s parking space soon.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The property manager herself is very effective with her work and always ready to help even outside her work hours. She is very polite and also friendly.

Wish I knew the parking won’t be available on site till further notice. I thought maybe about a month or 2.

Nice modern apartments
It is very modern and nice. Very nice on the eye, only thing without heating on it gets very cold so winter times it needs to be running near enough all the time. But the building and close by buildings look nice and looks like a great area to live in

The location is enclosed sort of so i like the privacy. I do wish there was closer shops but the drive to them is not too far

A great place to live!
Modern flats with ample space and the interior design is very good.
In terms of security, we expect to see brighter lighting around the block especially along Khartoum Walk, its quite dark!
All floors and corridors in the block should be fitted with CCTV and not just the front door/by the lift.
The entry system needs to be looked into, this has been reported severally.
The property manager has built a good rapport with tenants. She is approachable and in my opinion responds to queries promptly and would follow up with updates on appointment etc.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very nice location , quiet and away from traffic noise. It is in close proximity to transport links and easy to reach.
The downside is the lack of parking. We expect to have a parking space outside the block and not 10 minutes walk away! Very difficult when you have shopping bags or returning back home late at night or having to go out very early. Some of us have medical issues that limit our movements. Please look into this ASAP.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The property manager responds to issues raised promptly but I believe the issue is with your supply chain. Booking appointments and not turning up and turning up late at night!
