    There has been many issues with the property, everything seems delayed as to a response from the contractors and as a builder I don't understand as to why. Materials are easy to source.

    Not really. My front door isn't sorted. No stones. Shed gate isnt fitted properly. Lost more issues...

    Relatively close to shops, lovely brand new houses everywhere, parking is very good as we have a 2 car driveway
