Property oversold. Property manager undervalued. Rent high. Work completion low.
Many issues with the house. Property manager has been amazing (Natalie) however the lack of response from contractors takes the Micky. Like honestly guys the fact that I've moved into a house which is a new build and consists of such lazy complection of work is beyond.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There has been many issues with the property, everything seems delayed as to a response from the contractors and as a builder I don't understand as to why. Materials are easy to source.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not really. My front door isn't sorted. No stones. Shed gate isnt fitted properly. Lost more issues...

Beyond expectations
A good variety of different houses on the development so not all of the house look the same. For a new build development the properties are quite spacious & the gardens are of good proportions. Property management is easy to communicate with & app is easy to use
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Quiet, lovely views, friendly people, easy access to motorway, no issues with parking spaces, bins collected with ease
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Have not yet had any issues which require being sorted
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish we had discovered these before we moved into our previous property

Very good
The brand new builds are very nice with ample space inside and out, really nice big garden, nice big driveway for ample parking and a very nice aesthetic on the outside of all the new houses at penny green. We was in constant contact with Megan so any questions we had we could relay and was very helpful.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Relatively close to shops, lovely brand new houses everywhere, parking is very good as we have a 2 car driveway
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not had any as of yet however they seem good and reliable
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
