We’ve loved living here. Everything is so convenient, with plenty of lovely walks, pubs, shops and amenities all close by. It’s a quiet and peaceful location, which means we often enjoy lots of birds in our garden and even the occasional deer out front. The community is fantastic, with neighbours who really look out for each other, and we’ve made some wonderful memories and friendships here.

Queens Ride has always been once of our favourite developments and often one that people don't always know about due to how secluded it is. The houses here don't tend to come up too often and that's because it's such a good location with so much on your doorstep. Having sold this home to our current sellers, our sellers have perfectly summed why this is an excellent location and neighbourhood. If you are looking for a well looked after, three bedroom home then this is not one to miss out on.

At the front of this home you have a bright and airy entrance hall with access into the cloakroom, this then leads around into the open lounge. What we love about this room is how light it is with the huge window at the front. You've got solid flooring running throughout downstairs and plenty of room to for free standing furniture. To the back, you have one of favourite things about this home which is the kitchen dining room. Not only has it been finished off nicely with storage under the stairs but we love the doors leading onto the south facing garden making an ideal entertaining space.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with two of them being good size doubles. The master bedroom is at the front and not only is it a fantastic size but it also has a huge window letting in plenty of natural light which is a theme throughout with the landing being when you can really notice. The third bedroom is a good size currently set up as an office but you also have the benefit of both the main bathroom and en suite shower room off of the master bedroom.

The rear garden is a great size, south facing and very private as you can see. The garage has been converted into a utility room but still leaving some garage space at behind the door. Whilst to the front you have ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles. Whilst the house is ready to move into there is still opportunity to put your own stamp on it and If you are looking for a great family home in an excellent location then this is not one to miss out on, we can't wait to take you on a tour.

Queens Ride is a quiet gated development tucked at the end of Hatch Ride. The home sits less than a 5 minute walk from a parade of shops on Greenwood Road that includes a Tesco, hair salon, an Indian restaurant and a couple of other independent businesses. Further on from there and around a 15 minute walk you have the main Crowthorne High Street with two supermarkets and loads of other amenities. If you're looking for some open green space to explore or take your dog for a walk, you've got some great choices, just a short 5 minute walk in one direction to Heath Lake Park with its fantastic wildlife, and in the other you have Bigshotte Park with plenty of open green space to enjoy. If you're commuting, Crowthorne train station is just a 25 minute walk away whilst still being within easy reach of both the M3 and M4 motorways. This home falls under many of Crowthorne's local school catchments including the popular Edgbarrow Secondary School but also is just a few minutes walk from Oaklands Primary School.
